Hampton by Hilton Lijiang Old Town

Superb view of jade mountains and very near by the old town and perfect place for night out. Nice and friendly staff.

Friendly reception who assisted me in my booking of my excursion to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Also gave me a room with mountain view although the weather was cloudy during the 4 days I stayed. I can imagine the view would be very good if the sky was clear. Room is very good and clean with all the necessary amenities. Commercial laundry machines were avaliable on level 2 for guest to use on their own. Breakfast buffet was simply amazing. Food variety is a lot so you won't get bored of the same food everyday.

I made two separate bookings at the Hampton: one room from 10 to 11 November, and two rooms from 11 to 12 November. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff showed exceptional kindness and support. On the first day, I was feeling unwell from altitude sickness and was slightly out of breath. The staff kindly helped me move my luggage to my room while I went to the pharmacy to get medication. Their willingness to assist without hesitation meant a great deal to me, especially when I was not feeling my best. As the second booking began, the hotel staff went even further to help. They allowed me to check in early for the additional room while holding on to my original room, giving me plenty of time to slowly transfer my luggage. This thoughtful arrangement made everything so much easier and more comfortable for me. On the day of our departure, we had to leave before breakfast service due to our tight itinerary. The hotel kindly prepared breakfast to-go so that we would not head out on an empty stomach. It was a simple gesture, but incredibly considerate and very much appreciated. Overall, the kindness, understanding and attentiveness of the Hampton staff made my stay truly memorable. I am deeply grateful for the help I received throughout my trip, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit. 我在 Hampton 酒店分别预订了两次住宿，第一段是 11 月 10 日到 11 日的一间房，第二段是 11 月 11 日到 12 日的两间房。从我抵达的那一刻起，酒店工作人员就展现出非常体贴和友善的服务。 第一天入住时，我因高反感觉不适，有些气喘。工作人员主动帮我将行李搬到房间，而我则趁机去药店购买药物。他们毫不犹豫地提供协助，让我在身体不舒服的情况下感受到极大的支持，也深受感动。 第二段入住开始时，酒店再次展现了贴心周到的一面。他们允许我提前办理第二间房的入住手续，同时继续保留原本的房间，让我能够慢慢地把行李搬过去。这样的安排非常贴心，使整个过程轻松了许多。 在离店当天，因为行程紧凑，我们必须在早餐供应开始前离开。酒店贴心地为我们准备了外带早餐，让我们不至于空着肚子赶路。这个简单却非常暖心的举动令人十分感激。 总体而言，Hampton 酒店的工作人员非常友好、理解并且细心，使我的入住体验格外温暖难忘。我非常感谢他们在整个旅程中的协助，也一定会在下次造访时再次选择入住这里

Best Hotel ever!! Hotel has very DELICIOUS breakfast with a wide spread! Room is spacious, clean, and we’ve got a free upgrade to a room view of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain😍 Hotel Staffs were very warm & hospitable, good service! We really enjoyed our stay here and would rate it 5-star! 👍🏻

Awesome place - came in clutch when my previous accommodation was so bad I had to move. Allowed my sister and I to check in early and offered us breakfast. We had a sliver of the snow mountain from our room. Slightly blocked by the building in front of us.

Good experience overall. Gotten a free upgrade. Nice angle looking at the mountain from the hotel.
