Great service from the host! Super friendly and responsive! Very helpful host - location of the BnB is in a quiet stretch and cars can't really go all the way in, but the host came to the main road to pick us up and transported our 2 huge luggages to the BnB. The rose pastry they served us for the tea break set tasted lovely too!

Lijiang old town chunshi-Zhijian The friendly owner was kind enough to upgrade us to a larger room that was stylishly furnished and had high-quality toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, hairdryer, and toilet fittings. It also had a great water dispenser that we liked so much we ordered one online to be shipped home. The B&B has a lovely view of the Ancient Town’s rooftops, and is 5 minutes walk to Mu’s Mansion, and perhaps 12 minutes to the path leading up to Lion’s Gate. It is conveniently close to the main street and to a sundry shop where you can pick up snacks, more water, etc.. As we were booked for 3 nights, the owner was nice enough to send someone to pick us up from the train station. It is important to contact the B&B for help with your luggage because your taxi will not be able to drive up to the B&B as it is in the Ancient city. We were also assigned a very helpful young man who dragged our suitcases in a cart from the drop off point to the B&B inside the old town. He was a good source of information for activities and transportation; and was a good concierge. We had a great stay and highly recommend this B&B.

First of all, the location is really nice. You’re in the old town, but not the busy bit, in a privileged location right up against the quiet garden at the back of the famous Mu’s Mansion and the Lion Hill park. It’s about five minutes walk into the hustle and bustle of the commercial part of the old town. Secondly the room was beautiful and very comfortable with nice views over the old town. Finally the staff were very nice and helpful, responding to requests quickly and with courtesy. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Room was decently clean, bedsheet had some stains and some weird black dust. Informed the host and was rectified immediately. Good service, host will help take luggage from meeting point. Please remember to ask where to meet as cars can’t enter the area. Views were magnificent, located perfectly in the ancient city.
