Lijiang Fine Art · Ancient Town Panorama Art Resort Hotel (Old Town Waterwheel Store of Lijiang)

Best location for bordering the old town (car accessible via main road) and having the view towards the old town equivalent to the 丽江之眼. Walkable distance to the food and pub street, and 大车轮。My tip is look no further and to get this hotel because you do not have to pull your luggage over uneven floor or stairs/slopes of old town, as compared to other homestay. Cool smart Controls, minimal smoke smell. Minor feedback for the hotel is the toilet can be more clean, but acceptable for me.

Location of hotel is very convenient - just outside of the Ancient City with free parking. Was greeted by an intern staff - very friendly and helpful. Got a free upgrade to a family suite upon checkin. Room is clean, spacious & cosy. However, you can hear the music from the Ancient City nite life. The restaurant up on the 4th level gives a very beautiful view of the city. Serves breakfast buffet - simple, nice. Would love to go back again!

We had a great stay at this hotel the location is very convenient in Lijiang ancient town but it’s by the street so that cars can stop by the entrance of the hotel. We were welcomed by the front desk team that helped with our luggage. We initially booked a twin room but the room we had booked was a bit dark and we asked if there was any other room available. One of the employees named 阿鑫 quickly helped us to check and offered us an upgrade to a suite instead which was much better. The room was very clean and modern with a beautiful view of the ancient town. We also received free minibar and welcome fruits which was very nice. Furthermore, 阿鑫 helped us to introduce all the important tourist attractions and restaurants as well as bars. She helped to book tickets for the attractions that we wanted to visit and also followed up to see that we were happy. Her friendly and professional service made us feel very happy and we enjoyed our short stay in Lijiang very much.

Highly recommend this hotel for travellers who want to immerse themselves in Lijiang Old Town. Great location, convenient taxi drop off & pick up as hotel is situated by the main road. Very quiet despite being in the old town. Rooms are clean, well appointed with superb views of old town. Breakfast spread is delicious. Very happy with the friendly and warm services by 阿鑫, our personal concierge. She got in touch right after I booked the hotel via WeChat. Throughout our stay, she stayed connected with us daily on WeChat - very helpful and responsive when we had questions. She also suggestions and arrangements for our airport transfer & day trip to Jade Dragon Mountain even before our arrival. Thank you ❤️. Not forgetting the entire housekeeping and helpful front desk team who made us feel very welcome and at home throughout our four days stay!

Good location where there is not much dragging of the luggage that needs to be done. Staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. The room that was assigned to us was great. There is also a small play area for the kids to hang out. There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, detergents are complementary. Breakfast and afternoon tea is at the highest level, where u can have a great view. Overall, it was a good deal, and we enjoyed our stay.
