I truly feel impressed by this accommodation. The attentive care given to every detail really stands out. The staff are warm and always willing to help with anything you need. On top of that, the place is wonderfully comfortable and exceptionally clean.

Fantastic. Loved it. Will definitely come back. The view is great. The service was crazily good. Was able to fully relax and enjoy my stay. They helped to wash my clothes and dry them too. They are so kind and helpful. Always ready to serve. Really well rested especially after climbing the snow jade mountain. Till my next trip.

My girlfriend and I had a great time during my stay. The room is extremely spacious, very clean, and have a gorgeous view of the mountains. The staff are soooo nice and helpful. They’ll even take photos for you. Location is excellent close to all the ancient cities. Highly recommended for everyone to book their stay here.

It was my BEST stay in China so far. Staffs are attentive and detail-oriented. Even though they can’t speak English very well, they tried their best to explain everything to me, from breakfast time, afternoon tea, hair-washing service, the golden hour to view the mountain. The staff even told that bathing at night will cause the fog on the window and you won’t get the best view in the morning. The hotel and every rooms has the best view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, just depends on the weather whether you will have a chance to get the best view. The afternoon tea is very delicious. The coffee served during afternoon tea are very tasty as well. It’s the best coffee I had on this Yunnan trip do far. The breakfast is served in the set. There are Western-styled set, noodle set and one more option that I couldn’t remember. The staff will take your order upon arrival and you can choose whether you want breakfast in room or at the cafe. After check out, I moved to stay at other hotel nearby. When I staff knew about that, he offered to take me to the new place and also help carrying the luggage!! I really did have the best time staying at this hotel and also impressed the service from all the staff. If I have a chance to visit Lijiang again, this hotel definitely is on my list!!

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay here 😍. From check in until check out, they made sure that we are well taken care of 💖. They provided free drop off at Lijiang Railway Station. The breakfast was so good. There's also free afternoon tea and photo spot area, the staff will gladly help take your photos 🥹
