All three things happened to the same girl. All the employees explained for her and lied for her again and again. I even suggested that the female employee needed to say sorry to me. She didn't feel guilty at all, but hippies smiled and said sorry to me. I was very disappointed in your hotel. Even when I asked the boss to solve the problem, they just called another male employee, just blindly explaining and talking to me with a very arrogant attitude.
There is something wrong with your staff's attitude. When I asked for bus information at the dock, your staff was very disdainful and disrespectful to me and my friends. Even my request to call the front desk to reserve a bus was ignored, and I clearly knew and remembered it, but I didn't do it. This is your hotel's attitude towards tourists?
I feel very bad about the service provided by your hotel and the working attitude of the staff! I hope you can find out the facts and give me a satisfactory solution and answer. For a female employee, I think she has many omissions and shortcomings in her work. I don't think she is qualified for this job. I hope you can investigate and evaluate it.
