房間寬敞明亮，設施都是嶄新的，尤其大落地窗深得我心，拉開窗簾就是絕美的山景，近處庭院植物姿態婀娜，遠處山嶺起伏錯落，林霧、晚霞、星空…看不完的美景。 民宿這邊非常安靜，外面的鳥鳴悦耳不吵鬧，睡的非常舒服。 老闆非常非常非常熱情，我這次沒少麻煩到他哈哈哈～這邊還有老闆自己開發的徒步線路，希望下次有時間了能去體驗。 民宿裏有停車位，周圍交通也很方便，去周邊景區基本都一小時左右就可以抵達，民宿裏可以買菜做飯，也可以叫老闆安排餐食，自己衹管玩。 總之，不管是獨行、組團還是一家人出來旅遊，這裏都是相當不錯的選擇。

酒店整體上看尚可，房間面積比較大。就在利川站旁邊。晚上附近老有唱歌的，有些吵。交通比較方便，停車免費（每日出停車場需在前台掃碼），停車場面積較大，還有地下停車場，自駕租車非常方便。 設施：裝修稍顯陳舊，我們住的房子淋浴水比較小，頂噴堵了三分之二。給前台致電派來了維修師傅，師傅用改錐捅了捅，大概有三分之二出水，但是水流較細，出水少。師傅説水管堵了，沒辦法，我定的另一間房沒有問題。我們和師傅交涉期間提到如果無法改善考慮換一家酒店。師傅説無所謂反正他家店天天爆滿。我們很少為難基層的員工，但是對師傅的回覆又可氣又好笑。後來酒店安排換房間，愛人去看了看覺得改善不大。因為定了2間房不想讓妹妹家跟着折騰也就沒有退房。其他的設施還可以吧，床品不錯，睡着舒服。智能馬桶沒有沖洗功能，衹有坐墊加熱，自動沖水這些。浴缸比較大而且酒店提供一次性浴缸套。燈光窗簾可以智能控制。 衞生：我們住酒店很少每日打掃，沒法評價全屋清掃程度。但是負責清潔的阿姨非常耐心、熱心腸，知道我們帶孩子不需要每日打掃，總是主動和我們約定清理垃圾補充消耗品的時間。儘量在她當班時間內為我們處理一切。讓我們非常滿意，希望店方能夠替我們感謝一下阿姨。 餐飲：早餐種類不是很多，西點和炒飯、炒河粉一類的為主。口味中等偏上，麪條比較好吃。煮麪的大姐有求必應，好評！ 服務：整體上看酒店的前台、餐廳、客房服務人員的服務意識和服務能力都非常好，這點必須表揚。相應非常快。儘可能的滿足我們的需求。酒店對飲用水毫不吝嗇，點贊！ 其他：酒店僅有2部電梯，高峯期等待時間比較久。
