Booked a triple room which was a double bed and sofa bed when we arrived sofa bed wasn’t made and there wasn’t any bedding available. Also the heating wouldn’t work in the room

Hotel is very clean. Staff are polite and helpful. Great location, near to the M6 and A38. Breakfast included. Free parking.

Staff at reception extremely helpful and welcoming. Breakfast excellent value and staff once again very helpful. Car park great,location great. Super value

I dont mind spending money But £114 is over the top for one night and my breakfast was awful and the lowest i could think of ,and the orange juice tasted as if one orange had been used per gallon lol ,This is not the Ritz ,and a nightmare to find for me from Lichfield town -I would stop here again ,but not too often

Good and value for money, provide free parking ! Breakfast is good with 2 big coffee machines!

It was a nice place for a short stay. The good money value and unbelievable fact - free of charge parking! Included breakfast was poor due to absence of the halal products.

房間偏小，衛生一般，地段簡直非常差 星期日還要沒有巴士的 交通不方便 巴士星期一至六才有，但是你要很早回到酒店，否則你會失去沒有巴士乘搭的機會。我們那天要行走高速公路才能到達酒店非常危險恐怖並且沒有街燈 路途中是並沒有任何的士或任何交通工具只有看到其他汽車，但是人們是不會理會我們的。所以如果要去這個酒店住的話真的要考慮清楚
