"Un giorno prima della notte di Pasqua, una persona è venuta a Guizhou Xiaobo City per andare alla zona sceneggiata di Xiaobo. È stata scelta la famiglia e i figli dell'hotel Yahoo. "During our stay, our child suddenly developed a very high fever. As foreigners, we didn’t know how to handle the situation and were extremely anxious, but the warm and compassionate support from everyone at the hotel truly saved us. We had to visit a hospital for two consecutive days, which was about a 30-minute drive away. Even late at night and for many hours at a time, when we struggled with the language, the concierge staff—Bonnie and Mavis—kindly accompanied us, helping with procedures and communication with the doctors. Their support was incredibly reassuring. The driver and all the other staff members also showed constant care and kindness toward our sick child throughout the entire experience. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious—truly outstanding. This is a hotel I would wholeheartedly recommend, especially to international travelers and families with young children."

"the room was spacious and comfortable for us. kids had plenty of fun with the in-room slide, adults had a relaxing time on the massage chair. unfortunately, we came when the attraction was closed due to flooding. xiao feng was helpful and tended to our needs during the stay, even giving us a buggy ride to nearby lunch place. however, i felt that cleanliness was lacking in the general areas, can def be improved."

"We decided to stay with this hotel because of the highly positive reviews. We did make a right choice as our overall experience was so great. The hotel is newly renovated, the room is spacious, bright, clean and the mattress and pillows are super comfy to sleep with (this is very important for us as we don’t usually sleep well when travelling). We had a breezed morning jog along the river right in front of the hotel. The experience was really good and relax. The host provided white glove services such as VIP transport to/from train station and tourist spots. Special thanks to the staffs who helped to send our leftover baggage to train station so we didn’t miss the train. Bonus point: We witnessed the beautiful moment of sunset at their roof top (see the attached photo). This will definitely be our first choice hotel in our next visit in Libo."
