Wellness Hotel Babylon

We love the pool area. We wish we discovered this when our son was a baby, he would have so much fun; moving forward, next time we come we will be coming again and discover more of wonderful Liberec.

Everythig was excellent, from the first time when we went to the reception to last time, thank you very much!! we had a not only hotel but everything in Babylon, my son had a two nights without pay. Excellent.

To sum up - Standard hotel, excellent Fun Park, polished misery Luna Park, terrible service in the Nostalgia restaurant and poor quality of food everywhere. We came on a recommendation and also followed the extremely positive reviews, which turned out to be inaccurate. The hotel rooms are clean and adequate. Breakfast is sufficient, nothing surprising but enough. What I don't understand is that the hotel doesn't have any quality restaurant. The hotel's dining room, where buffet breakfast and dinner are served, does not have the capacity, but you won't wait long for a table. We did not try the buffet dinners. Instead, we dined 2 times at the Nostalgia restaurant, which I very strongly warn against!!! The first day we got raw pork neck. I don't know the reason the restaurant lists the weight of the meat if they don't follow this. Is this an invitation to the Czech Trade Inspectorate? However, on the first day at least we got food. The second day (Saturday 8pm), already on arrival it was clear that it was a bad choice, but you have no other one. The staff is young, inexperienced, unorganized, they don't know what they are doing. After an hour and a quarter after ordering the food, we found out that they don't even prepare this. We waited so long because it's standard, you wait 30 min for a beer. So just no dinner that day (which is great if you have kids). The waitress didn't even apologize. Fun park is new and great - the question is whether it's enough for the whole stay. Luna park - Old, discarded machines, of which one in three works. Aquapark - suffers from a classic defect of Czech pools, it's really cold there. I guess it wasn't always like that, because I've heard locals talking about how it used to be much warmer there (the price of energy is going up, so they're obviously starting to save money). We've tried it, we're not going back.

A unique place to say the least. The decor throughout the hotel says relaxation and fun. Wellness Hotel Babylon delivers on all this from the rooms, to the wellness center, to the Aquapark and other entertainment. However, there were two things we wish we knew ahead of time. One, the wellness section bans bathing suits. Everyone is given a sheet to cover up when walking from sauna to hottub or throuout the area. Inside those attractions, full nudity is often experienced. We didn't mind this. It was just unexpected. The other helpful hint we wish we knew ahead of time was to book massages and other therapies well in advance of the reservation. If you show up without booking well ahead, you will be left out, as we were.

Se trata de un complejo en la ciudad de Liberec al norte de la República Checa, cera de la frontera polaca y alemana, de hecho la mayor parte de la información está en estos idiomas además de checo e inglés. En este complejo puedes encontrar, todo bajo techo, un parque acuático, parque atracciones para niños, spa y zona wellness, además de restaurantes, cafeterías y algunas tiendas más. Para encontrarlo todo es un poco caótico al principio, pero como todo, te acostumbras. Las habitaciones son amplias, algo viejas pero bien conservadas, es un 3*** real si nos ceñimos al standard español. Los precios no están mal, como en general es la república Checa, la gente es eficaz, pero no demasiado amable (tampoco son desagradables ) . El restaurante del hotel (Atrium quiero recordar) no está mal por el precio, y lo único malo es que los horarios no son del tpo español. Por decir algo malo del hotel, el personal del restaurante te acosa literalmente para quitarte el plato vacío ( o no vacío) de la mesa y si llegas en el último tercio del horario de comidas y cenas te vas a encontrar con casi todos los platos acabados y en ninguno de los días que estuve repusieron lo que se acababa. Está céntrico y hay bastantes tiendas en los alrededores.

Ich finde es insgesamt sehr cool, dass Schwimmbad könnte man noch verbessern. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut (vorallem die Pizzas). Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr schön finde ich das man auf den Minizoo schauen kann. Gast 10 Jahre alt
