At the same time the suggestion me to go one hot spring which to me is an unforgettable memory.
Before I left, they gave me gift (unscented sticks & post card is totally out of my expectation. Helping me to carry my luggage’s are completely 5 stars hotel experience….hehe….🥰
I felt the whole hospitality is so wonderful & unforgettable to be.

YYennyI have to give 1 star service for this hotel. This hotel should put having a local phone number is a requirement for check-in.
They don't have experienced of handling non local guests.
Front desk staff said they can't let me stay, because I doynt have a local phone number. They will assist me to cancel and refund. She said it so lightly, doesn't really care if I had long day, if I'll be able to find other place to stay.
However, when I show her my booking from trip.com (in English), asking how can I cancel this? It's after 6pm. She said she doesn't know how to read English.
I told her that the other place allow me to leave HK number as my contact number, and I can receive phone call, why can't I do that here?
She was about to call my HK number, but then she can't find + dial? Then she said she doesn't know how to call non local number. She said maybe need to register for international call? Strange, cause Didi driver call me on my HK number all the time.
It was late, no point argue-ing and I don't feel like searching for another hotel, I don't have any options. I gave a local number, told her it's a friend's number; and she let us stay.

UUtente ospite房間裝修設計是自己在眾多民宿中，一眼相中，非常有品位，磨毛床品、床墊、乳膠枕頭，紗幔，浴室用品每一樣都彰顯民宿主人的品位和用心。居住體驗非常滿意。民宿服務很好，細緻貼心，像彼此熟悉的朋友般，很愉快，民宿有一個灑滿陽光的花園，坐在那裡看書吃飯非常愜意，出了民宿所在小區，馬路對面直行十分鐘，就是一個公園，閑時發發呆，看看湛藍的湖水，很好的去處。都説來拉薩衹有一次和無數次，我想自己和雲水禪心也是還有無數次的約會。

QQqingmingLo splendido St. Regis Hotel è diventato la mia tappa durante il mio primo viaggio in Tibet! Sono stato così fortunato che mi sono sentito estremamente felice e rilassato dopo essere sceso dall'aereo. Non ho nemmeno avuto mal di montagna. Mia moglie ha avuto solo un leggero mal di testa! Situato nella città vecchia, il St. Regis è antico, ma vanta una cultura tibetana molto ricca e una posizione geografica privilegiata, che lo rende molto comodo per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo! Il servizio è stato molto buono. La direttrice Yan, che ci ha fatto il check-in il primo giorno, è stata molto gentile e si è preoccupata per il nostro soggiorno. Le ho parlato della stanza secca e soffocante. Quando siamo tornati a Lhasa da Linzhi per la seconda volta, ci ha persino fatto l'upgrade a una suite ed è andata in camera per sentire la temperatura. Grazie mille! La governante ha consegnato i bagagli in camera e ha dato varie istruzioni e presentazioni. La camera era dotata di una macchina per l'ossigeno e di un umidificatore, e l'hotel aveva anche una sala medica! Ho camminato avanti e indietro molte volte con la macchina fotografica e le foto sono venute benissimo! Poi siamo andati insieme alla Piazza del Palazzo del Potala e l'esperienza intuitiva è stata davvero scioccante! Tornando al sesto piano dell'hotel, c'è un bar con una vista magnifica. L'intera vista del Potala Palace è libera. Sotto il cielo notturno, è come una perla splendente sull'altopiano! Vale la pena consigliarlo, spero di avere l'opportunità di tornarci spesso!

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato allo Shangri-la dopo una settimana trascorsa in Tibet. È stato un bel cambiamento rispetto agli hotel in stile più cinese in cui avevamo soggiornato ed è stato l'ideale per la notte prima del nostro volo di ritorno. Le camere sono fantastiche e ne abbiamo prenotata una con vasca. La doccia era molto potente e calda. Il buffet della colazione era, per gli standard cinesi, decente per le opzioni occidentali e il buffet serale era buono per circa 200 rmb/persona se si ha bisogno di opzioni più occidentali.
Il grande vantaggio per me è stata la palestra. Discreta per la maggior parte degli standard degli hotel e aveva un buon mix di macchine di resistenza, cardio e pesi liberi (principalmente manubri fino a 20 kg più un paio da 27,5 kg). L'unica cosa che manca davvero alla palestra è uno squat rack, ma per il resto molto buono. Ci tornerei.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel non è lontano dal Palazzo Portola (un breve viaggio in taxi), non direi che sia un vero hotel 4 stelle.
La stanza era una buona dimensione, tranquilla e non profumava di fumo di sigaretta, era un po' fuori uso, non potevo far funzionare la TV, lo specchio sulla zona bagnata del bar era rotto, ci erano segni alle pareti dove le pitture e le immagini erano state una volta. La cosa più irritante è stata la doccia e la doccia sopra il bagno aveva solo acqua fredda! La mia mattina scorsa la potenza era fuori dalla mia zona dell’hotel e l’ascensore non funzionava a causa della fuoriuscita.
Il personale dell'hotel non parla inglese, ma una donna che lavorava alla reception è stata particolarmente bello e utile e siamo stati in grado di comunicare utilizzando l'app di traduzione.
Ci sono molti ristoranti vicino, ma la prossima volta penso che preferirei stare più vicino al Palazzo Portola.
