"Reception agreed to set up a taxi for me @ 11:15. I checked out and asked about the taxi. Charged me 300, then informed me it was the hotel shuttle, not a taxi l, and I had to wait on other guest. I had two places to stop, I needed a taxi. Told them no that’s not what I requested (and they agreed to). Then they started talking to each other in their language and laughing. I don’t know what was what funny. I still didn’t get a taxi. Just their scuttle driver with no other guest. Disappointing."

"Ottima posizione e anche vicino all'aeroporto. Ci siamo fermati nella suite esecutiva che è molto spaziosa e era molto pulita. Tuttavia per i soldi era piuttosto basso, nessuna attrezzatura come il caffè. C'è una cucina, ma nessun cucina, nessun tazze... anche la mattina hanno aperto la piscina dopo le nove, che è molto deludente perché volevamo una nuoto precoce. Affitti d'acqua con buoni diapositivi, ma non posso raccomandare l'apartamento exec per il denaro e il valore fornito. Il servizio era buono e il controllo dell'esperienza era infettivo."

"Ho pensato di prolungarlo per un altro giorno, ma mi è stato detto che se la prossima prenotazione non è pagata prima della fine dell'attuale, il personale dell'hotel rimuoverà i vostri beni. Purtroppo non potevo pagare in tempo perché non ero vicino all’hotel e non avevo accesso a GCash come ero nelle montagne. Comunque, tutte le foto che hanno condiviso sono accurate Mi piace davvero qui!Il posto è molto pulito e si sente brand nuovo!"

"I like booking at Etsu cause it's near to Jollibee and pharmacies. Also the ambiance is good, quiet, clean and the staff are friendly. In my recent stay, the TV's not working and wifi has bad reception, that's just the sad thing."

I had room service initiated even though I didn’t request it, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room itself was okay—comfortable enough with a working AC that kept us cool. The washroom was fine, though nothing exceptional. The hotel’s aesthetic is beautiful, with a great vibe that really adds to the experience. The Filipino breakfast options were delicious, and I really enjoyed starting the day with a hearty meal. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its helpful staff, excellent location, and good amenities. I’d definitely stay again!"
