UUtente ospiteLa mia notte scorsa con la mia ragazza dopo un mese di vacanza con lei.
E non avrei potuto desiderare un posto migliore.
Veramente grandi camere con tutto quello che ti serve.
E la zona di piscina è solo sorprendente.
L'unica cosa che mi dispiace è che non potevo rimanere più ;)

UUtente ospiteLove the quiet place old but well kept .. service is good on site restaurant is good . Would have expected more from amenities for standard room. Even the cheapest hotels i have used before provide basics like daily water ..For the price of their standard would have expected more. Room had sugar ants apparently attracted by my donuts previous visits were un eventful last visit was marginal

UUtente ospiteWe enjoyed our stay as always but we would like to complain about one worker who was asked to check on our refrigerator ..he said came in our room 303 and spoke no words ..just look at me and my Wife as if we looked crazy..even as we offered thanks for help he just walked out..my Wife and I could not help but feel low because of his look and treatment. We did not see his name but we will remember he wears glasses ..

MMayangThe room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided.
Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below.
Overall experience, average.

JJessica06for the price ok na xa kung tutuluyan mo lng ng ilan oras no amenities … un unang binigay na room smen ayaw gumana ng key card kaya palit room ulet dami pa naman nmin dala 😏 small room lang din xa … kaya wala akong photo ng room kc d mganda hehehehe

SsharaClean. the room is not that big but its good for like overnight if your having an early flight by the next day. the breakfast is good and you can enjoy there amenities at rooftop at night where you can buy drinks.

DDavid JohnThe hotel was easy to find, and the front desk staff was very nice. The lobby and eating area were clean and up to date. The Breakfast food was good and there was plenty of choices. The hotel is across the street from a Roberson mall which is great for shopping and dining choices.

AAnthony TabunanMe and my family enjoyed our stay here. The staff are nice. The room is clean and big, the amenities are complete. The hotel allow us to leave our baggages and allow additional guests with reasonable price. The staff are easy to approach with and very convenient to stay. It's near on the metro mall. The WiFi is too fast and we had a memorable night with my family. I really recommend this hotel. Perfect staycation for family.

CCal travel tripsNot sure if other hotels have or do not have hot water for shower. GV Hotel does not, please note. Also the shower is spacious but no seperate cubicle. The whole floor gets wet as you shower, may be a common feature in the tropical cities. Nevertheless, the proximity to SM Mall is the best feature, you can get everything in the Hypermarket and most of the popular food outlets under one roof, just a 2 minute walk opposite the same street. If you want to try the BBQ style, please visit first floor with very reasonable price. see photo here showing the menu.
