Courtyard by Marriott Lewiston

While the place itself was very nice I can’t say the same for the front desk employee named Harley. Upon our arrival, we walked in and there was no one at the front desk. We waited and waited until the very nice woman named Jess from housekeeping came out and did her best to page Harley on a radio.. In the meantime, the phone started ringing and still no Harley. We waited some more and then Harley finally showed up and instead of answering the phone and putting that person on hold and tending to us, she left us there while she talked on the phone. While she was on the phone She whispered to us, Are you checking in? My husband gave her his drivers license. She did our entire transaction while she was on the phone. We came to the front desk, two more times that afternoon, and she was never at the desk. We’ve been to many Marriotts and have always been greeted and thanked for being a platinum member and offered water and cookies. Harley is extremely unprofessional. We will never stop in Lewiston again.
