Non smoking hotel, place needs updating. Smelled like smoke everywhere. I booked a king bed online me and my partner . 2 males . Front desk said 2 beds then . No I know what i booked. Bathroom faucet was broken. Burnt hole in bedding . Rust in tub. Trash and garage in the hallways and in the room.

My room had stuff left in it from previous people. Beer bottle broken in hallway. Door slamming all night long and guy running and reving his engine outside our window all night long. Seamed.like a crack hotel. Not safe environment for me or my children. Not going back.

check in for 2 rooms took over 20 minutes. got to the rooms,ours (#217) was missing a fixture in the bathroom and the room was disgustingly dirty. our friends room (231), was even more disgusting, blood like substance in the bathroom, ceiling had a tear in it, the sheets were dirty and there was spatter all over the walls.we went downstairs and left. manager on duty was very unfriendly, would not provide a phone number to call so we could get a refund and barely spoke to me. you have all the pertinent information. please issue my refund for the 2 rooms as the manager said he would. I also have pictures if you need them. i will not post them here so other do not have to see what we saw. thanks for ruining our weekend!!!!

The bath tub/shower had not been cleaned. The pillow cases were stained. No elevator to the third floor was not available.

Hotel was going through some remodeling. Was nice to see that carpets were being replaced in hallways etc. Overall hotel was clean and comfortable

The rooms were not clean, florescent bulbs buzzed, loud... sink faucet kept falling apart..not a good experience

We have stayed at many Super 8's over the years. This is the worst one we've ever stayed at. The floor was filthy. The furniture was broken and dirty. The cigarette smell was obvious even though the hotel was non-smoking. There was even a lot of garbage around the outside of the building. The breakfast was not much more than cold cereal despite the pictures showing more. We honestly could not believe that Super 8 was willing to put their name on this one. On the plus side, it was relatively quiet and the staff was nice.
