Hotel in zona RelAction, Leukerbad

I have been in Hotel De France few weeks ago with my wife and my child. The staff was amazing and the hotel is definitely comfortable, very close to city center. Walliser Alpentherme Spa was spectacular. I really hope to visit this hotel again.

My husband and I recently spent 2 nights at Hotel Waldhaus during a two week hiking trip around Switzerland and we loved our experience! First, the property is lovely, well-styled, and well maintained. We were in a balcony room with an amazing view of the mountains. Our room was ready early (which was great after our hike from Grindelwald), it was nicely appointed, and very clean. We were on the 2nd floor which had a huge shared balcony with absolutely stunning views. Second, every single staff member we encountered was incredibly nice, kind, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making our stay special. I wish I had written down all their names so I could mention them individually (for some reason I thought I’d remember even though we stayed at 8 different places on this trip). You can tell this is a good work environment because of the staff’s outstandingly pleasant attitude. One person we interacted regularly with was Lorenzo, who took extraordinarily good care of us. Third, the FOOD! Both nights we took the fixed dinner menu and both nights were fantastic. I would consider the meals “special occasion” meals, that’s how good it the food was. The service was attentive and knowledgeable, great wine selection. During the meal Lorenzo and Joshua (a member of the family that owns/runs the restaurant) stopped by to chat with us about our day, our stay, answer any questions, and make sure everything was as expected with our experience. And it wasn’t “forced” attention - - it was comfortable and natural, and they both were genuinely interested in talking with us and ensuring that our entire experience was outstanding! I’m smiling just writing this review because it’s bringing back good memories! Thank you Waldhaus team for a wonderful stay!

L'hotel è molto comodo, la stanza è molto grande, c'è un bagno, e la balcone è grande.L'hotel porta il caldo nella sua stanza, e il comfort non ha bisogno di freddo, e guarda la neve e la neve calda può essere realizzata.L'unica carenza è che il posto è un po' lontano, e c'è un posto per cena alla stazione di autobus Diana, e chiude la porta alle cinque. L'hotel può anche ordinare, circa 45 franchi svizzeri per persona.Il colazione dell'hotel è buono. Ricorda di prenotare un'automobile. Il terminale di autobus dell'hotel deve prenotare un giorno in anticipo. Se non è auto, vorrei spingere il bagaglio direttamente dalla stazione Diana all'hotel. Alcuni grandi abbaglianti 😂

Da quasi 40 anni frequentiamo questo albergo recentemente ristrutturato. I fiori rossi che ricoprivano la facciata sono stati sostituiti da pannelli dai colori spenti. L’interno dell’edificio è stato completamente rinnovato, camere, sanitari, ascensori e adottate schede apriporta.Molto bello ma il sistema di accensione luce nelle camere è complicato così come l’uso dei rubinetti nella doccia. La zona spa è stata ridotta di molto. La mitica piscina d’acqua salata a 33 gradi è diventata una normalissima piscina d’acqua dolce a 30 gradi senza più idromassaggi, getti d’acqua, cascate ecc. e non verrà più ripristinata. La piccola piscina rossa tiepida è chiusa. L’intera area non è più sorvegliata e la pulizia insufficiente dappertutto. La zona solarium interna è disordinata e poco invitante mentre una parte di quella esterna è inutilizzabile per lavori lasciati in sospeso. La cucina è abbastanza buona ma l’offerta in generale è scarsa specialmente la prima colazione. Le cene speciali come il buffet campagnard, la fondue chinoise e il buffet di dessert sono state abolite. Anche l’offerta snack alla piscina esterna dove si potevano gustare favolosi canapes e crostate di frutta si è ridotta. Niente tovaglie, solo tovaglioli di carta con sole due posate. La “caffetteria” interna dove sostare in caso di brutto tempo è stata chiusa per far posto a delle camere. In linea di massima il personale di servizio è molto gentile, al di sopra della media. Prezzi aumentati e offerta nettamente ridotta. Delusi. Pio e Marinella Crivelli

L'hotel è completo

The hotel had a very good location and the public bus-stop was just in front of it. The staff were friendly and they helped me a lot by answering my questions about the area and how to go to certain places. The room was as expected and the pictures on *********** are just a perfect example of what you are getting. The prices of this hotel were one of the best prices in Crans-Montana area. The breakfast was included so in general I liked my stay at Alaïa Lodge and I recommend staying there.
