Hotel in zona Magasin ACTION LES MUREAUX, Les Mureaux

Se vai a Parigi per giocare, l'hotel è ancora buono.Il prezzo è molto economico, la notte è molto tranquilla e non c'è nulla di rumore.Il colazione dell'hotel è anche buono, l'atteggiamento del servizio della ricetta è buono.

Siamo stati molto sorpresi che questo hotel sia così tranquillo mentre la strada non era così lontana. Inoltre, la nostra camera familiare era impeccabile, sia la pulizia dei luoghi che la presentazione. Veramente niente da dire. Un po' più, è la mezzanina che permette una discrezione più chiara di alcuni altri BB con letti bambini appena sopra il letto dei genitori. La persona al PDJ era molto professionale, devota e cortese e non c'era nulla da dire sul PDJ che era perfetto e completo.

Hôtel très récent ou rénové il y a peu. Tout est moderne et de qualité. Grande TV multimédia dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner à volonté bon et de qualité. Parking payant mais attention limité à 2metres et ça il faudrait le préciser car j'ai payé les 8€ sans pouvoir me garer. Ensuite le gros bémol c'est qu'une fois dans l'hôtel il n'y a quasi plus de réseau téléphonique (sfr et orange) et le wifi n'est pas bien mieux.

Chambre agréable , grande, propre et fonctionnel Bien situé aux portes de Paris, avec parking fermé et securisé. possibilité de se restaurer sur place.. Tres belle vue et environnement agreable . très bon accueil et serviable. ;;;;;;;;;;;

Se siete familiari con i Motel americani, sate come sembra: due storie, con accesso esterno a ogni camera, e una scala esterna al piano superiore. Le camere sono piccole, ma venite con un ufficio vicino alla finestra e due sedie piccole. Il letto è comodo. A/C funziona bene. E' un bel modo di uscire dalla strada. E' a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti al Sturgeon con mia madre e mio fratello. avevamo prenotato 1 camera doppia e 1 camera semplice. L'hotel è molto ben situato per visitare Poissy e vicino alla stazione e al RER. Le camere sono spaziose, tranquille e molto pulite e avevamo la vista sul Seine era bellissimo. Il colazione era molto vario e di qualità. Alla fine abbiamo preso il pranzo al ristorante. I piatti erano di buona qualità e molto ben presentati. Raccomando l'Esturgeon per un soggiorno di buona qualità.

And yes, I'm venting because the hotel chain Hotel B&B HOTEL Cergy Saint Christophe treated me miserably. I was assigned to a project in Paris, and I was traveling from Berlin. My flight was arriving at 23:30. I had made my reservation through Booking.com and tried to pay with the digital debit card assigned by my company, Hotel B&B informs me that I don't need to pay in advance that I will pay at the hotel. Then, by messaging them I told them that my card is a digital debit card, and I ask if that would be a problem on my arrival. No one ever responded and I decide to travel. Then, I find myself two days later, at 0:40 in an industrial zone at -5°C with a thermal sensation of -8°C, the taxi drops me off and I realize that there is nothing around the hotel. There began all my tragedy, there was no reception or staff, only an automatic machine which asked me to pay everything with a physical credit card. Right next to the machine is an emergency button to call the hotel staff, I called by pressing the button, and I was answered by the most ruthless person in the world. Grossly he said ”I can't do anything for you, credit card or nothing”, I insisted explaining, grossly he said - ”Don't you understand? I insisted explaining, he rudely said ”-Don't you understand, credit card or nothing, otherwise you must leave, because I can't open the door for you”. I panicked when I tried to ask for an Uber back to the center of Paris and realized that no Uber would come because the area is so remote. I called again and begged him to at least let me go to the reception that I was freezing to death, that when I found a taxi I would go. Indifferent he said ”it's not my problem, I can't talk to you anymore because I have to talk to other callers”. After calming down myself and, after 45 minutes in the bitter cold, I tried the machine again with my personal debit card and was approved for one night only. So I managed to get into my room. The next day, I cancelled my entire reservation for the next days at the reception and I checked out of that hotel. Well, the last straw, 3 days after I checked out my email and the hotel charged my stay for 7 days to the digital card of my company... The worst manager of a hotel attended me, and promised to give me my money back. He does not do it in the time he promised and I went back to the hotel directly to solve this problem. The manager didn't even say good morning, and yelled at me ”what the hell are you doing here?, I told you I was going to solve it... Then we argued, I kept calm, he gave me a refund invoice, and told me it's not the hotel's fault that you arrive at night. It was all your fault, here is your bill. Au revoir!!! How can you Hotel B&B hire such persons to work in hospitality? and how can you Hotel B&B let them abuse and humiliate your customers?

Menzione Molto bene per questo hotel. In primo luogo grazie all'accoglienza di Fanny, molto gentile dal primo contatto telefonico per la prenotazione, al servizio di cena di sera. Una vera umanità si sta svegliando da questa persona che ha davvero il senso di accoglienza e servizio clienti, una perla che si spera che la direzione dell'hotel abbia una buona coscienza. Il pasto serale era molto buono, a tariffe generalmente inferiori al resto del canto. La lettera è buona e la camera era molto pulita, e il riscaldamento efficace in questo mese di gennaio. Un buon Wifi in 100 bit/s simmetrico, è un vero più. Non c'è nulla da dire, continuano così.

Quindi non iniziare o non iniziare ... è stato il soggiorno più breve che ho potuto fare in un hotel. Già quando arrivate si rende conto che la posizione, anche se idealmente situato qie è molto sporco ... ratti e spazzatura ovunque all'ingresso ... check in non c'è problema.. montato nell'ascensore? Mio Dio un odore più insoddisfacente, arrivato al piano un odore di tabacco, polvere, sudore tutto miscelato con un spray disoddisfacente per vomitare! Una volta nella stanza tutto a posto, casa a pezzi ... tappeti con tappeti, terra giaccata di tappeti e tappeti macchie collanti ... ispezione fatta ... il negozio non chiuso ... i bagni aveva tappeti marroni ... la doccia doccia come le tasche sconosciute ... le pareti avevano tasche marroni come gocce di sale molto strane e repugnante ... e il torto sulla cera, e guardando dietro i bagni di polistyrene bianco e marrone (senza dubbio la saletta accumulata) E chi era sopra completamente morto? Un cafard ... anche il cafard preferisce morire piuttosto che rimanere in un posto così sporco, prima di scendere un piccolo cafard questa volta vivendo ci ha tagliato la strada e si è scampato sotto il letto. Dopo 10 minuti di ispezione camera ci siamo ricaduti .... e anche se ci è stata offerta un'altra camera quando hai visto tutto quello che ho visto nella camera precedente impossibile dormire in questo hotel. E' davvero terribile e terribile per chiunque con un'igiene ”normale”, partendo, chiediamo il rimborso che la ricevitrice ci ha fatto senza nemmeno fare domande così come lei ha l'abitudine. fatta. 1 cliente su 4 arriva ... e riprendete subito. Veramente non venire se non avete il cuore ben attaccato.
