Basic to say the least. Very uncomfortable stay. Beds, pillows sofa all uncomfortable. The sofa badly stained. Very off putting. Refused another room. Dirty toilet bowl. Freezer door broken. No loo roll or bed linen on night of arrival. Very unpleasant. In need of upgrade. Rubbish in reception and at boot room door for days. Heating centrally controlled and we were very cold at times. The most disappointing experience was the extremely unhelpful staff. Promises to address our issues were never delivered and we gave up asking for help. Nicholas at reception and his female colleague made us feel unwelcome and told us the sofa stains we had to put up with. No basic supplies to help with immediate comfort... Cleaning liquid, loo roll, cloths. Have been before, will not return as these issues have been raised before in comments and no changes seem to be in place. The staff are disinterested in the establishment and clients. Other residents shared similar findings. It's obviously on a push to save money, but this is a step too far. Will not return or recommend at all. Very disappointed and dissatisfied overall.

The customer service is non existent. I checked out on 6th April as of 24th April I am still waiting for my €400 deposit to be returned. On check out I was told by the receptionist it would be a few days. I have sent 3 emails with no response. Has anyone else had this problem?

Was a bit concerned about some of the reviews, but needn't have been. We thought the accommodation was great. Clean, warm, relatively spacious, nice balcony, kitchen had everything we needed, supermarket just up the road, and it was ski-in, ski out. Ski hire shop is in the building, which is great. Reception staff were helpful. Ski lockers were nice and big. Pool was great, went in with the boy every night after skiing (be aware it's not peaceful like the pictures, it's full of kids playing - but as one was mine, I can't really complain!). The accommodation is a little out of the main La Croisette centre - it takes 10-12 minutes to walk up the hill to get there - so if you're absolute skiing beginners you'll need to take the free bus to get there on Day 1 (which we did). Once you or your kids are confident, you can ski in and out on the blue run. I'd have no hesitation in returning.

The location is good. A supermarket near by is convenient and you can quickly get to the resort center with the bus. Unfortunately the service from the staff at reception is one of the worst we experienced for our entire visit. The check-in experience when we arrived Saturday was bad and very unwelcoming. The staff communicates badly and highly ignorant. The feeling is the staff is not even trying. A complaint we made at the first day, about a very bad smell in the room was never attended during our entire week stay, and it seems like the staff just don’t care. The room has a well equipped kitchen, but except for that you get a very basic welcome package. One example is 1 toilet paper roll for a family of 5 for a week, and that’s not the only example. Heating seems centrally controlled, and was turned off at some of the nights, and it was cold for the kids and us. If not for the location we would probably not book there. As we plan to come every year, we will look for other options at the area, which are having higher value for money, before considering booking again in this place.

For us we found this a great please to stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and it has all you need. It’s ski in / out and there is a supermarket next door which is super handy. If you pop out the side door by the shop there is a bus stop which will take you up to town and beyond included with your ski pass. We didn’t try the restaurant mainly ate in of an evening and found the kitchen had what was required . All in all would recommend to anyone , but it seemed particularly popular for families with young children as there is a kids club in the hotel.

Good base to explore the 3 vallées ski area. Relatively no charm and cleanliness is an issue - bathrooms stank due to poor piping; the kitchen cleanliness was questionable (they charge Eur 100 if the kitchen is not returned “clean” so basically there is no professional cleaning of the kitchen and you are at the mercy of the previous guests. Our coffee machine had an old coffee filter in it, some of the cutlery was dirty, etc). Not very user friendly : beds are made but not bunk beds - why not?…laundry, pool tables, etc only takes coins and there is no change given without bank notes and nearest cash machine is a bus ride away… ski equipment shop had very average service leading to all of us having to change our skis/boots etc after our first slopes as they were inadequate. Furthermore, the flats for 8 are really for 6 unless 2 sleep in the living-room/dining room/kitchen area on a sofa bed. Overall ok but nothing to write home about.

We arrived on a Sunday evening to reception closed. we picked up our key with the help of the bar staff. unfortunately our room was not set for four and we had to pull out the sofa bed. We searched the apartment for bed linen and there was non. the bar staff were unable to help with this. the next morning we managed to speak with reception and get linen. This in my opinion could have easily been avoided by leaving the linen in the apartment for our arival. Our booking was clearly for four people. No one should have to sleep on beds with no covers. The apartment itself is good for self catering. Decent fridge induction hob and microwave oven. there is a well stocked supermarker over the road for most things. We got parked fairly easily outside the apartments. The restaurant/bar was nice- lovely staff. Ski in/out from bootroom possible.

Beautiful, well equipped property. Good location, friendly staff, swimming pool is ok water wasn’t so cold. . No towels provided. Vey clean. Carrefour is 200m away, just opposite building. Love to stay again . Bus stop is just outside the building.

So after reading some mixed reviews , we were slightly nervous to be Honest , but I think the negative reviews don’t reflect what we found at all ! We were upgraded from a 2 bec to a 3 bed , ( slept 8 people , but we didn’t use lounge sofa bed ) we were 5 people and it was perfect size It was 100% clean , sheets beds etc perfect , bathrooms also perfect If you are expecting a 5 star hotel , I agree it’s not , but for what we needed , a great location , great value place for the 3 valleys I was so pleased ! Super comfortable, loads of space in living room , kitchen was perfect , dishwasher , microwave coffee machine etc , loads of plates & cutlery The en-suite was better than the other bathrooms Other bathroom was shower room with separate toilet ( no sink in there weird ) Negatives - the walls are paper thin , if your anything like me light sleeper , when your neighbour wakes , it feels like they are in your room , if they move any furniture it’s sooooo loud ! Would this put me off re booking , no , I’d try and get the highest floor next time might help , there are 3 blocks , the main block is best , Mountain View , we had the 3rd block across road , it was fine . You can 100% ski in ski out any block , don’t miss the lift at 5 pm , as this is the only way to get back up to connect to the right slope Great value location I’d say 3 star hotel rating maybe 3.5 We brought our own bath towels but not necessary, they are provided just a bit small thin the ones u get
