Went for a couples weekend away to celebrate. We arrived late at night, but thanks to their check-in process, it was easy to get into our accommodations (only hiccup was trying to find the signage for our pod at night in the dark). We stayed in the Mini-antartica pod and it was wonderful! Even though there were other pods and domes nearby, it was very private. We had 2 wonderfully delicious breakfasts at the on-site bistro each morning. The on-site spa, Ona, is a relaxing haven. All of the staff are bilingual and very focused on customer service and providing an excellent experience. I highly recommend staying at Bel Air

We stayed in Maribel ( largest cabin) for family day weekend. There were so many issues with the unit - too many to mention. Our trip started an unfortunate interaction with the resort dog and our therapy dog. There was an apology but no one even checked in with us over the three days to see how she was, or to provide any good will gesture. ( very disappointing) The room- chairs were so large and heavy in kitchen we could not even get around the space. None of the converters worked in the bedrooms, stove did not shut properly, there was no recycling bin so all recycling had to be thrown in garbage , no pots ( waited an hour to make dinner) . For the price I paid, not impressed! You need to do better ~ I asked to speak with a manager, and no one even connected with me. One HUGE SHOUT OUT TO LEO- he helped us with a flat tire. Thanks Leo!! You deserve some accolades!!!

This was one of my worst experiences. I went with my husband after it was recommended by a friend. When we arrived we were told the water of the dome we had reserved had frozen so they were 'upgrading' us to another dome. After 2 hrs of hoping the heating would be enough it wasn't, the technician came and actually told us it wasn't properly insulated and brought us some extra blankets. At midnight we couldn't stand being frozen anymore and drove back home 2 hrs away. When I called the next morning to make sure they would cancel all of their other reservations so this shouldn't happen to others, they wouldn't and tried making me believe I was the 'only one' this has happened to.

Disappointed, we rented a chalet for our 7th anniversary and we couldn't make it up the hill and there was no sand. we walked to "the club house" office and given a number for a towing. We had to be towed to get out/up the hill. The girl working at the office was nice though.

Excellent place to stay and unwind. We have been here for 3 nights beginning of the summer. We really enjoyed the facilities (restaurants, pool, farm, sauna and spa, the staff is kind and attentive and the place is very clean. Hope to come back!

My husband and I booked an evening at Bel Air as a special get away. Unfortunately our son was seriously unwell the day we were scheduled to go and we were not able to make the trip (he had had a snowboarding accident in the previous days and there was a complication). When we called to see if we could cancel or postpone we were told that because it was within 30 days there was no reimbursement and no option of postponing the visit. It was recommended I find someone else who could use the reservation. Who can do that - especially people who are coming in from another area? When I pressed, I was told that if I send a medical note for my son we could reschedule. So, to be able to get any value from the over $500 we paid for an evening, I need to drag my son, who has a fractured pelvic bone, to a clinic or to the emergency room. I should add that before booking I searched the website and the Frequently Asked Questions page and found nothing on cancellation policy so assumed they would operate as most hotels do, with a cancellation fee less than the full booking price. My mistake. In addition, there was zero compassion expressed by the staff, just the repetition of policy. Book at your own risk.

The rooms are run down and not the cleanest. Ensure you book a dome with a view as that is the best part of the location. Having spent over $700/night, I was disappointed with the condition of the accommodations. It was nice however to be away from the hustle & bustle of the tremblant village.

I am from Brazil , I discovered Belair on Instagram we came to celebrate our anniversary it was just an incredible experience . The international team made us at home with a fantastic service , Celso the general manager was very present , Stephanie the food director was incredible . The whole team was absolutely incredible , sleeping in the dome was purely magical , the food at ekkisushi and the bistro was international class. Thank you
