Comfortable apartments, nice pool, great location. Staff unhelpful. Charges for everything. Make your own beds and clean up even though you’ve paid cleaning fee. Apartments warm and beds comfortable. Sauna not working for half our stay.

Very disappointing experience. Arrogant staff that is only available a few hours per day, appartment with many shortcomings of which wifi to pay, damaged furniture, loose curtains, not functioning bathroom heating and outlets, dirty extractor, tv with only French programs, are just a few. Was there noting allright? The beds and the location were ok. Anyhow, we will NOT be back.

Skiing holiday booked via Crystal ski. Second floor Two room appartement with alcove ok for two adults and two children 11 and 14, warm and confortable. We enjoyed going in the pool and jacuzzi after a day skiing. Good location, only a short walk to ski lifts. The kitchen is nice but you need to take your own dish washer tablet, salt. There is a laudry room with washing powder included in the price. Negative points: bed sheets and fitted sheets stained. We would come back in the winter but not in summer as balconies are small and chalets very close to each other.

I would avoid booking these apartments at all costs. Especially if you are travelling as a family. The rooms are disgusting and filthy and that’s not even the start. Poo stains on the duvets and unmade beds was the first disgusting thing you turn up too. I booked this as a package with crystal ski and I am so embarrassed that a company lets out theses rooms the overpriced rate. I wouldn’t even let my dogs stay in the conditions. A few days before I received an email that stated I needed to pay a deposit for any damage.£400 -Yet I pay this and turn up to a grotty room with loads of damage to the rooms. Balcony doors broken and don’t hold any heat. The rooms are freezing and the heating is poor as ours didn’t work at all and the reception staff are never about to sort problems- as it’s not a maned front desk unless you’re checking in. We left our luggage on arrival in a room and had a bag stolen and not one person helped us. Still hasn’t turned up. Beds are so uncomfortable it’s like lying on a yoga mat or what I imagine a prison crash Matt feels like. Iv paid £3000 to stay here and it’s foul in every single way. I feel cheated out of my money and my children’s first ski experience. Please don’t book this place and save your money. I could list so much more but seems pointless. The place needs knocking down it’s an embarrassment to Les gets. Currently staying here now and have 4 days left and want to go home.

Room was a good size, but unclean. I mentioned this to the staff who were disinterested and shrugged their shoulders. You must pay for the WiFi at a rate of €5 per day per device or €25 for the week. I paid for the WiFi for one day at €5 and it didn't work. I raised this at reception and the receptionist explained that it never works!!! Overpriced, dirty and rude staff.

Good points: Close to the slopes - 5 minute walk, we booked with Crystal ski and very quick transfer and dropped right outside the hotel! Lovely bakery service available every morning. The lounge/kitchen was the best part of the room with a comfy sofa. The heating worked well and kept the appartment warm. Bad points: The room smelt of cigarettes which was unpleasant and a big disappointment for us! You were made to complete an inventory list to check everything was in the appartment which took time out of our day. One of the duvets had blood on which reception did thankfully sort for us quickly. The sauna was broken when we were there so didn’t get our free use of this and found the hot tub very busy so again didn’t get to use this - could use a booking system for the hot tub? There is no oven (only a microwave oven) and a hob however we ate out most nights instead. Things to note: You have to pay a £400 deposit on arrival which was a shock to us! We then checked out at 7am due to our flight time so we are still trying to get the deposit back after it being over a week!!! The wifi isn’t the best despite paying for it due to no 3G signal in the apartment. Washing up tablets/ liquid/toilet roll aren’t provided so bring/buy your own! Overall a value for money stay with having a good experience of our ski holiday - (due to not spending much time in the apartment). However there were some downfalls as explained!

Séjour très agréable au cœur de la station des Gets. La résidence est calme et le personnel est très accueillant. Ce n’est pas effectivement le meilleurs rapport qualité/prix… mais le site est tellement exceptionnel que dans le tarif de la location, il y a aussi un peu du prix qui est en lien sur la station des Gets… Bon séjour, nous reviendrons !

Mijn ervaring in Lagrange Prestige Les Fermes Emiguy liet veel te wensen over. De kamer was niet alleen vies en ongewoon klein, maar de bedden waren ook niet opgemaakt. De aanwezigheid van gebruikt eten in de koelkast, op de eettafel en kruimels overal zorgde voor een onhygiënische sfeer. Zelfs de vaatwasser was niet schoon. Met een prijskaartje van 2.000 euro per week had ik meer verwacht dan slechts één set handdoeken. Parkeerplaatsen waren schaars, wifi ontbrak en de betaalde wifi-service was bedroevend slecht. Het terugkrijgen van de borg duurde onnodig lang. Het personeel sprak nauwelijks Engels en vertoonde een onbeleefde houding. Het zwembad was ook geen uitzondering. Glasvondsten en luidruchtige, duikende kinderen zorgden voor ongemak. Uiteindelijk werd mijn kleding gestolen bij het zwembad. Ik raad ten zeerste af om hier te boeken, gezien de combinatie van hygiëneproblemen, beperkte voorzieningen en onvriendelijk personeel, waardoor het een onplezierige ervaring was.

Très très déçu! Nous avons payé cher (3000€ 5j) pour un établissement « sois disant » 4 étoile, on a dû payer 8€ un linge de bain en extra, payer 25€ le wifi, et tout ca pour entrer dans une chambre qui n’a meme pas de porte/intimité. En bref, Les photos sont trompeuse et TOUT est extra payant ! Je préférai me faire des vacances à Zermatt pour le même prix que de retourner ici.
