Il personale è fantastico, gentile e premuroso ma il servizio è migliorabile in termini di professionalità. Il resto un disastro. Sporco e con tante cose non funzionanti (luci in camera, aria condizionata). Camera in uno stato di manutenzione pietoso, cumuli di polvere sul pavimento, amenity kit già aperto, vasca piena di capelli. 5 stelle? No, forse un buon 2 stelle. Colazione molto al di sotto delle aspettative. Miele già aperto al tavolo, posate sporche, bicchiere di succo di arancia servito dal tavolo di un’altra persona. Il tutto non da standard Sofitel. Una delusione, prezzi eccessivi.

Chambre avec mobilier ancien et fatigué. Fuite d eau dans les toilettes, robinetterie ancienne. Pas beaucoup de lumière dans les chambres. Ne vaux vraiment pas le prix payé.

Di ritorno da un soggiorno di una settimana a Dubrovnik in Croazia. Città molto bella e piena di storia, magnifico mare Adriatico. Tenore di vita identico a quello francese. Abbiamo girato velocemente la città, abbiamo fatto gite di 3 giorni, Mostar e le cascate di Kravuce in Bosnia-Erzegovina, crociera alle Isole Elafiti e infine Kotor in Monte*****. 1 consiglio, quando arrivi in ​​aeroporto per il cambio, aggiungi una piccola cifra per pagare l'autobus che ti porta a Dubrovnik. Per il resto, rendete il vostro cambiamento a Dubrovnik molto più interessante.

Abbiamo prenotato una suite per 2 adulti e 2 bambini a 17000 DA a notte con colazione. Arrivato all'hotel, si è dimostrato che questa camera ha un letto matrimoniale e con due 2 materassi al pavimento .. Nell'hotel, non si chiama una camera 4 persone, è solo necessario precisare in anticipo che è una camera doppia con matite supplementari... più, non hanno voluto darci dei pantaloni per bambini.. Ci ha dato un saggio sbagliato fin dall'inizio .. Quando la pulizia dell'hotel è in realtà pulito, l'hotel è ben posizionato, il parcheggio in strada è sorvegliato.. Beautiful hotel, well located near the business district and the highway (2 miles from the airport). The rooms are nice and comfy and a good water pressure in the shower. The staff were very incompetent and uneducated, we booked before we arrive 2 separate single rooms, we waited at least 20min at the front desk upon our arrival while the receptionist was looking at his screen and slowly typing on the keyboard he left us several times alone and went talking with someone else. After we paid, me and my colleague went up to our rooms on the 7th floor and surprise: both rooms were occupied (thank God the residents weren't inside) we went down again to see him and they didn't even bother ask us to wait or take a seat or even say we're sorry! Another round of 15min waiting for the new rooms, dozens of people we're quarantined in the hotel after they arrived from abroad were roaming around in the lobby MASKLESS. We left early in the evening and went to a local restaurant in the area when I came back I found the door of my room wide open I called the receptionist right away he asked me for my name(?!!) And hanged up. No one came and fortunately nothing was missing from my stuff.. My room had a door communicating with room next to it and I was clearly hearing the guy as if he was in the same room with me. In the morning went down for breakfast around 0850am and the buffet was completely empty.. (it runs from 0600am to 1000am) I had to ask the grumpy waiter for everything: an empty glass, a fork, water, juice.. there were nothing except for a flan Parisian and few slices of a dry cake. It was completely uncomfortable and an unpleasant experience would absolutely never go there again or recommend it to anyone.

Abbiamo prenotato per telefono: il destinatario non ha trovato un resa a nome nostro (breve sistema di prenotazione non efficace) altri clienti erano nella stessa situazione! Ristorante con splendida vista su Algeri 👍 ma formula buffet molto caro Buffet buono e costoso colazione buffet. Spa fantastico 👍 con persona accogliente e benvenuta come tutti i membri del personale dell'hotel Grande Camera confortevole e spaziosa

La camera risulta molto pulita e il personale gentile. Lo consiglio vivamente per qualunque viaggio d'affari a chiunque. Anche il ristorante risulta all'altezza della categoria. Il personale addetto alla pulizia (signora Zehia e Salima) sono molto gentili!

I’ve been in this hotel for the last 15 day of August, I could/should say, it I very convenient location a big plus is the service and quality of it, eating will never disappoint you a the restaurant; the staff including the Chef will spoil you, if not, they will make sure something can be arranged to make you happy, they will help and treat you like a family, at the restaurant Sofiane and his colleagues are amazing. While taking care of yourself and your room, Narimane, Marouane and Siham (I am 100%, I misspelled their names) are very lovely and 150% committed to be your comfortability. Ahh… the front desk staff are as good as mother could be, they make sure you are comfortable, safe, and good serviced. What can I tell you, I am 100% and 1000 time happy customer.
