Large typical Creole wooden house in a 1000m2 exotic fruit and flower garden. You have to cross the Etang Salé forest (5km) to reach the largest beach on the island (lagoon and open sea). From the terrace you can see the Indian Ocean when the vegetation is not too high. Large swimming pool (10m / 6m) surrounded by a 70m2 deck. The house is located in the heart of a very quiet town, at the bottom of a private dead end. Shops nearby, possibility of shopping on foot. The house is very close to the Etang Salé Forest and its famous 18-hole golf course.
