Hotel in zona Sushi Roll Plaza Sendero Toluca, Lerma

Stiamo a Corona Plaza poche volte al mese e è sempre così bello! La posizione è grande e le camere sono sempre senza spot. Mario al concierge si prende cura di noi così grande come siamo la sua famiglia. Mi sento sempre così a casa quando siamo alla Crown Plaza e non posso raccomandarlo abbastanza!

L'hotel è bello, pulito, comodo, i mobili delle camere molto belle, in linea. Credo che l'hotel parli ancora molto di glorie passate, di parentela con il popolo e distinguuto hotel Quinta del Re dell'Av. Tollocan, la sua casa madre; e si avvicina pericolosamente alla negligenza e mancanza di manutenzione. Indubbiamente il migliore è il prezzo, fantastico. si trova molto vicino all'aeroporto di Toluca, che senza bagaglio, senza fretta e giorno si può camminare, anche se si trova sul lato opposto (prendendo come riferimento il boulevard aereo). La posizione e l'ambiente sono brutti, ha intorno a partite di brutti, sporchi, di muouuy cattivo aspetto, e non è sul boulevard aereo ma a 50 metri di distanza su una strada assolutamente ignorata (per la notte ultra oscuro il tratto). La grande attenzione, ti sostengono per chiedere un taxi alla porta.

First surprise was that the hotel name sign was having three letters out as of a cheap hotel which I thought might be due to recent earthquake and they will fix it during my stay (10+ days). The check-in was fast and good however I wanted to change my room as the first had a platform directly below it and the receptionists were very fast to address that issue fast. The room was clean and neat but the amenities were very limited (shower gel and shampoo, bar soap, hair dryer and towels) don’t expect slippers, shaving kit, dental kit or even coffee and tea; all of that has to be paid for separately and not sure that they even had slippers. The internet speed was ok. Breakfast is served to table after selecting from an online menu. I tried the laundry service and it was too slow where for regular clothes (nothing special) it took me three days to get back mine and I had called already four times and promised to have them (soon!) at the last time after I waited two hours I had to leave and casually asking the receptionist she handed them to me!! The gym has some good equipment for a nice workout, mostly cardio (stationary cycling, treadmill…) but had no towels and lighting is dimmer than normal. I’d say for there’re other alternatives for similar price and much better service.

Ottimo servizio per tutto il personale, buon colazione e un incredibile albero a tetto, sicuramente un buon posto per ospiti****.

Ho una notte con la mia famiglia e tutto è andato bene. Abbiamo ricevuto un buon trattamento da parte del personale dal nostro arrivo alla nostra partenza, camere pulite con riscaldamento e attrezzatura. Anche se il cibo del buffet non è molto variabile aveva buona stagione e i piatti erano abbastanza per mangiare bene.

Ottimo luogo, la cena, anche se è un piccolo cibo è ricco e si può servire a vostro gusto con latte sgrassato, l'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuto è che non c'è nessuno che si occupa della pulizia dei tavoli, Allora, come lasciano gli ospiti, ti toccano così, da lì fuori tutto è molto pulito.

Il soggiorno all'hotel è stato un piacevole e piacevole esperienza. Le camere soddisfano le aspettative, la pulizia, i prodotti igienici raccomandati, le docce per docce sono molto buone, i letti sono eccellenti e soprattutto il colazione è un piacere. Il personale che mi ha servito è il migliore.
