"L'esperienza è stata buona ,la ricezione è stata eccellente.Quanto era in condizioni perfette di pulizia e molto ben presentato. L'aria condizionata non era abbastanza fredda,a cui è stato reclamato e è stato quasi uguale (passo caldo ). Il parcheggio è eccellente. Le piscine esterne e il SPA sono eccellenti."

"The facilities and location are good, the staff that works at the hotel, the waiters/waitresses as well as the cooks/waitresses are very friendly and do a great job. The reception staff is not as friendly as I think they should be for the position they hold and the cleaning staff is willing and probably due to an excess of workload, but they do not clean the rooms daily with a minimum, for example, the ashtray on the terrace that was made of glass broke and we spent our entire stay (more than a week) finding glass on the floor. The bench in the room that was used as a storage room always had sand from the beach on it, the side table where we put our glasses, they barely cleaned it, they left a brush in the bathroom and it was there for two days, etc…"
