酒店在廣場旁邊，周圍餐廳很多也很熱鬧，房間挺大的，隨便住住挺好的，就是他有個地漏，應該入住客人進來之前打開的，我洗個澡就水漫金山了，還做了半天清潔，累死我

Everything is walking distance and just as you get of the elevator you walk out in to the beautiful Jardin(park)
With all the restaurants and shopping stores around.

The room was not clean, several broken items, the shower did not work properly, bad layout, tv didn’t work (only occasionally) a tech was sent who have not a clue, no safe locks on doors the maids did not deliver daily items like coffee, bathroom items, not allowed you to place a “do not disturb sign “ at the door having maids knocking at door loudly while trying to rest, and entering the room without warning or when they wanted, while in the shower or changing clothes, it was very frustrating, I do not know who managed it but, far from good service/experience, just to put it in a simple way, I WILL NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN EVEN IF FREE!

very poor customer service, room was dirty, washroom had over the windows dead animals, problems with the key, very unhappy with a such short time so much going on.

We staying only for the localization, staff are not friendly service gets worse every time lady at front desk charges me $40 pesos cash for bag a coffee.

Restaurant had no good food especially breakfast rooms where not that great but locations was excellent everything walking distance

This was my fourth time staying at this hotel and never had a problem before. This time was different.
1.- terrible front desk attention. They need Hospitality training.
2.- torn and old towels.
3.- the worst, 4 roaches found inside the room.
