Hotel in zona Lake Jackson Mounds Archaeological State Park, Leon County

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e il tuo posto era molto bello. Abbiamo goduto il colazione e siamo andati a cena in strada.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! IT IS UNSAFE!! When I checked in I found drug baggies IN the bed so the sheets weren't cleaned. no WiFi despite them continually lying and giving me new passwords that won't connect. NO WATER for over 24 hours. Roaches galore despite bug bombing and combat gel. I'm fleeing. don't make my mistake. Rooms: I was supposed to have 2 beds, a room with a mini fridge, a microwave, a desk. the first room I got had no microwave, no desk but the bottom part of an old broken office chair. when I told the front they moved my room but it hadn't been cleaned as I pointed out and was told no that's what they look like, only to have the cleaner come up behind us and say ”yeah it's still dirty” so I got moved to a THIRD room, with one bed instead of two, but at least there's a microwave (with roach eggs) and a desk. oh wait but the fridge didn't have shelves. let's ask for them. they gave me a shelf that was too small and shrugged. I had to take the shelves out of another fridge that was sitting in front of a room, unplugged and warm but still had food in it. classy. no towels, had to ask for those. at least I didn't have to steal those from another room. I was up early for the complimentary breakfast, but the lobby doors were locked. the complimentary breakfast they advertise isn't a real thing. good thing, I probably would have been sick with how gross everything is. pictures attached. Service: well, when the WATER SHUT OFF FOR OVER 24 HOURS I got yelled at for waking up the lobby person at 7:45 am. it must be nice to have a job where you can sleep in. when I complained and asked for the managers number they must have called the maintenance guy and said I complained because they banged on my door and was like it's COLD and we had to dig down 2 feet. maybe if the owners weren't so cheap they could have fixed it 3 months ago when someone else complained. Roaches. despite me bombing the room twice. I have videos of me killing them attached. disgusting rooms with breaks in the wall where you can tell someone punched it/shoved someone into it. the sounds of people fighting all night, and to top it off no water. don't stay here. there is literally no redeeming quality.

Pulizia, conveniente e una grande posizione ... Grande servizio clienti ...un giovane uomo chiamato Dennis ha servito la mia stanza e ha avuto un respiro di aria fresca ... Amichevole, gentile e così cortese come il giorno è lungo ... Grazie per un meraviglioso soggiorno, sarò di nuovo !

È stato completamente pulito con linee pulite! Nonostante le altre recensioni negative, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto comodo in una stanza pulita. La posizione è facile da trovare e conveniente per viaggiare attraverso l'interstate. Rispetto alla pulizia della stanza, la pressione dell'acqua del doccia era debole, non era nulla. Si', consiglia questo hotel.

Prima di tutto voglio dire che non ho mai incontrato un personale più amichevole! Leslie, Shauna, Ashley & Paula erano stupendo! Il colazione era grande! Non conosco le persone in cucina, ma è stato il miglior colazione calda che avevo in un lungo tempo!! La camera era così pulita e bella. Quando qualcuno che lavorava in casa e molto elegante mi colpì dalla pulizia dell’intero hotel. L’unica questione che avevamo era la luce della vanità, e per questo non era molto. Non posso aspettare di vedere il personale straordinario di nuovo perché non ho avuto troppa vista per vedere che ho visto il mio primo nipote e che è stato più importante :-)

Questo è un hotel molto bello, ma ci sono aree dell'hotel che puzzano davvero di cane spezzato. In generale, è stato buono per una notte, ma non sono sicuro che vorrei rimanere più di questo. Suggerirei di lasciare che gli animali siano in un determinato piano e che gli ospiti possano scegliere come si fanno con il fumo/non fumo. È una vergogna che le persone portano i loro animali in questo hotel e li permettano di pepe/poop in esso.

Sono membro dello status di Hilton Diamond. Rimango molto spesso nelle suite Homewood. Ho soggiornato in questa proprietà diverse volte. Non è mai stato un preferito, ma è stato accettabile a causa della sua posizione vicino all'aeroporto. In particolare, in questa viaggia, le camere che mi erano state messe erano molto sporche, e mi rifiuto di rimanere nella prima stanza che mi fu data, perciò mi chiedevo di trasferirmi in un'altra, che era altrettanto cattiva. Non sono un viaggiatore di merda, ma in questo caso avrei dovuto lasciare e rimanere altrove, e sembra che le norme di pulizia cominciano a cadere indietro. Non solo le camere sono meno di quelle desiderate, l'intera struttura ha bisogno di un po' di pulizia e di pulizia dettagliata. Ho parlato con il manager la mattina che ho controllato. Ha capito bene e ha detto di parlare al direttore di casa sulle norme. Per ora non tornerò. Solo un po' troppo lontano dalla parte sporca per me per il costo. Il personale notturno al dipartimento frontale potrebbe essere un po' più amichevole e preoccupato.
