Mi reserva inicial fué Marriot Poliforum para 4 personas, me confirmaron 3 veces que incluía desayuno. Llamo posteriormente para agregar una menor y me comentan que no incluía desayuno , me mintieron, por ello pedí cambio al Cyty Express y me indicaron debía agregar otra habitación. Así lo hice. Por fortuna no se quedó solo una persona en la habitación sencilla, se quedaron mis dos hijas. Aproximadamente 05:50 AM accesaron a su habitación, saliendo inmediatamente. Reportamos y me indicaron que verificarían y subirían a explicarme, no lo hicieron, por ello dejé queja por escrito, misma que envié por mail a gerencia y a Marriot Global el día 12. Gerencia me contestó el día 20 pidiendo mi teléfono para comunicarse, lo envié el día 21. Marriot Global quedó darme respuesta en 5 días. Yo hasta hoy he tenido demasiada consideración esperando respuesta, incluso cuando reporté en el hotel, sin que se percataran los huéspedes, sin escándalos, reprimiendo mi impotencia. Dónde queda su excesiva seguridad? Para qué accesaron? Pensarían que solo estaba una persona? Para mí es un incidente demasiado grave que me tiene mal y nadie se lo ha tomado en serio. Deseo nadie pase nuevamente algo así en ningún hotel.

El servicio de alimentos Bueno aunque un poco tardado. Ek check out creo fue de lo mejor un servicio por parte de Cristian único con una platica amena, la recepcionista muy amable. Cambio por completo la perspectiva del servicio en recepción

UUtente ospiteUn hotel bien ubicado, muy cerca del Centro y de la zona para comprar zapato en León, el desayuno es muy bueno y con variedad para que lo disfrutes, sin prisa y con la excelente atención de su personal. Se puede hospedar con familia o de negocios, cuenta con estacionamiento, centro de lavado, el acceso a las habitaciones es controlado. Vale la pena. Buen precio.

I travel a lot and this hotel is the only one in my life where it is very difficult to find the entrance! I took us an hour. I explained the problem to the staff and they just offered an excuse. I made a suggestion about how to the resolve the problem and they were obviously not interested at all. Also I called ahead to check if they have an EV chargers and if it definitely was functioning. They said yes. But when we arrived the charger was not working. It’s very easy to check but it was easier to just lie. Also there was no one checking at the door for masks. Some Fiesta Inns have someone at the entrance checking temperature and masks and dispensing alcohol. But not here. Summary: Disorganized, irresponsible, and dishonest. One of the worst hotels. Viajo mucho y este hotel es el único que he conocido en mi vida donde es bien difícil encontrar la entrada! Duró una hora buscando. Explique el problema a la tripulación y solo me ofreció una excusa. Cuando hice una sugerencia en cómo resolver el problema obviamente ellos tuve zero interés. También les marque adelante para chequear si hay una cargador para autos eléctricos y si definitivamente está funcionando. Me dijo que sí. Pero cuando llegamos el cargador no funciona! Es bien fácil para ellos chequear pero más fácil mentir que revisarlo. También no había ningún vigilancia de las máscaras para Covid. Algunos Fiesta Inns tienen una persona en la entrada chequeando temperatura y máscaras y echando alcohol. Pero aquí no. Resumen: Mal organizado, irresponsable, y mentiroso. Uno de los peores hotels.

Los colaboradores del hotel son muy amables y ofrecen un servicio sorprendente, el hotel cumple con lo que ofrece para poder descansar. Cuenta con estacionamiento amplio, desayuno sencillo pero muy rico a buen precio, y lo mejor es que queda dentro de la zona piel y fácil de trasladarse
