In the district of, on the outskirts, 200 m from the centre of Crans-Montana, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 20 m from the lake, south facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (90 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 18.Apr. and 01.Jun. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:30-20:00). Tennis (01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). In the house: sauna (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 500 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 150 m, bar 50 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Lac Grenon" 350 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 1.2 km, lake Grenon 20 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1.3 km, tennis 1.2 km, indoor tennis centre 1.2 km, riding stable 1.5 km, skisport facilities 650 m, ice rink 450 m, children's playground 220 m.
