Our local bait shop not only has great tackle and live bait, but stories and insights into the lake's best fishing holes. Two boat landings--within minutes of the lodge. You may boat to various restaurants & watering holes. HAYWARD--We are 5 miles from downtown Hayward. We are less than 5 miles from hospital and library. So relax and enjoy the lake, but make a quick trip to town to enjoy all it has to offer. There are lots of adventures here in the Hayward area; world-class bike and ski trails, hiking trails, ATV and snowmobile trails. Golfers can choose from a large variety of courses, 9 or 18 holes, while searching for their hole in one.
