Hotel in zona Hortensienpark Lengerich, Lengerich

Questo sarebbe stato un hotel di business ragionevolmente decente, ma purtroppo la coppia dei costi di funzionamento ha lasciato questo posto un 2-star stabilimento che opera nella copertina di un edificio 4-star. Il più punto - è ben situato, facile da trovare, parcheggio è direttamente sotto, il personale è amichevole secondo gli standard tedeschi di ospite, e la terrazza del ristorante è piacevole nel sole estiva. Ora i negativi - mentre l'atmosfera è ancora in-business-guys-in-suite, le strutture sono distintamente Ibis Budget-standard. Non ci sono attrezzature per il tè e il caffè, i frigoriferi sono stati rimossi, i bagni sono riempiti con il più economico pistola Costco, e le tole sono sottili al punto di trasparenza con l'absorzione di tutti i lampadine di plastica. Nessuno di questi sarebbe un problema se si trattasse di un bilancio Ibis, ma non si tratta di prezzi di bilancio Ibis. E mentre sono in un roll, i prezzi dei cibi e delle bevande nel bar sono irritanti, non c'è palestra, e il wifi in camera non funziona - il sistema non è configurato correttamente, quindi le connessioni falliscono con molti errori visualizzati. So, so - prima problemi del mondo, andare a comprare un caffè nel bar, non hai un telefono cellulare, eccetera, ma tutto questo è dovuto solo a tagli ai costi operativi - il bilancio per la custodia è stato ovviamente tagliato a righe post-Corona, E il salto delle tolette risparmia il flusso di cassa, e tutto ha l'impressione di qualcosa che è stato gestito da ghoul di capitale privato che sono occupati a trarre ogni ultimo cento di profitto prima che tutto vada fallito. Francamente, in base al confronto dei prezzi, sarebbe meglio prenotare il bilancio Ibis. L'esperienza sarà esattamente la stessa, e si camminerà 40 euro per notte meglio.

Le strutture sono comode e pulite e viaggiate comodamente.Se non c'è un sistema Google installato, sarà molto difficile stare online.

As we were driving wanted a hotel with parking and walkable to town centre so chose this hotel based on TA reviews. Parking booked and available although EV chargers were not working which was annoying. About a 20 minute walk to Old Town that was flat and easy. Hotel staff were all professional and helpful and my lack of German wasn’t an issue. Room was a good size, spotlessly clean. Air con worked very well, especially as it was hot on our visit to Osnabruck. WiFi quick and stable. Breakfast was average. Nothing wrong just not special. Bed was comfy. Big bathroom with easy to operate shower.

Hotel confortevole in posizione centrale, a pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal centro città. Camera spaziosa e confortevole, purtroppo ancora con pavimenti di tela. Bella bagno, molto buon colazione. Eccellente a-la-carte-cina alla sera. Il servizio è amichevole e attento.

Wir haben Ostern im Idingshof verbracht und wurden leider enttäuscht. -Das Essen: Wir hatten einen Gutschein für ein 3-Gänge-Menu, das habe ich für Freitag reserviert. Freitags gibt es aber wohl immer Buffet. Unsere Vorfreude auf ein Menu wurde also leider enttäuscht. Das Buffet war okay und natürlich hat man generell mehr Auswahl, aber wir hatten uns halt auf ein (Oster)-Menu gefreut. (z. B. mit Lamm). -Die Therme: Bei der Anreise bekommt man ein Gutscheinheft. Dort ist auch ein Gutschein pro Person für die Hase-Therme drin. Bei der Anreise hatte ich erwähnt, dass wir die Therme Sonntag aufsuchen, weil wir den Samstag komplett verplant haben. Am Samstag Abend haben wir dann zufällig auf einem Monitor im Flur (auf dem 9 Punkte durchliefen) gelegen, dass die Therme am Sonntag zu hat. Als ich dies an der Rezeption angesprochen habe, wurde mir nur gesagt ”Ja, ist so. In der Reservierung war ein Link auf die Website der Therme, da hätten Sie ja gucken können!” Absolut indiskutabel! -Die Bar: Es gibt eine kleine Auswahl an Cocktails. Am Sonntagabend habe ich aber gesehen, dass die Cocktails aus kleinen, fertigen Glasflaschen kommen. Dafür 8,50 Euro (alkoholfrei) und 9 Euro für alkoholische Cocktails zu berechnen, finde ich schon frech, für die Eiswürfel und die Deko, die aus einer Fruchtgummikirsche und einem Marshmallow bestand. -Sauna/Wellness: klein, kühl, ungemütlich. Kein Licht in der Dusche, dafür eine Tageslichtsaune, die nicht abgedunkelt war. Da kam das Gefühl auf, der Bereich wurde nur für den 4. Stern eingebaut. -Pool: ??? Keinen gefunden! -Sport: Tolle Auswahl: Tischtennis, Squash, Tennis - aber vorher leider keine Infos darüber, so dass wir leider keine Sportsachen mithatten. Wäre eine Alternative zum Hasebad gewesen. -Zimmer: Mein Bettdeckenbezug hatte zwei kleine Löcher, am ersten Morgen hatte ich ein Tier in meinem Badezimmer und die Wände waren teilweise dreckig, bzw. hatten Löcher. -Frühstück: Die Auswahl war okay aber nicht weltbewegend - vor allem für ein Wellnesshotel. Fazit: Ein bisschen mehr auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Gäste eingehen, würde dem Hotel gut stehen!
