"From the bus arrival in Lençóis to the guesthouse, it's about a 10-minute walk, rolling your suitcase over cobblestones, before climbing a steep ramp to the reception. The guesthouse's structure is basic but tasteful, everything is organized, and the staff is extremely helpful and smiling. The rooms are not luxurious and have a small dresser, sofa bed, and empty mini-fridge. The shower in the bathroom heats up quickly, and the spacious balcony has hooks for a hammock and a table. There are not enough electrical outlets in the room. There are 4-star hotels with worse breakfasts; the guesthouse's is more than complete, especially with fresh seasonal fruit juices and delicious cakes. Recommendations for tours or private guides are made at reception, always very helpful, including tips on hiking trails. The center of Lençóis and its houses are about a 5-minute walk away. Obviously, the daily rates were quite high due to the Carnival period, but I imagine that in other months the good value for money is more evident."

The inn is extremely cozy and full of personality, with many cultural details that make the atmosphere even more special. A special highlight goes to the breakfast, which was a spectacle every day: a great variety, everything very tasty and prepared with great care. Without a doubt, it was a perfect choice for our trip. "Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno di 5 notti. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili, hanno messo in atto l'orario del caffè per rispondere a noi e hanno fatto tutto il possibile per renderci confortevoli. Il luogo è molto tranquillo e piacevole, ma è meglio essere con auto. Il caffè è Eccellente, un spettacolo, con prodotti domestici e regionali. Torniamo!!"

La nostra camera era bella, il personale molto utile e la traduzione google ha aiutato con il nostro non esistente portoghese. Il proprietario e il bellissimo capo del ristorante parlano eccellente inglese. Il colazione era molto buono, molti da scegliere. La ragione per 4 piuttosto che 5 stelle era il cibo serale che avevamo non era grande."
