Great Location in Xentro Mall with shops and restaurants opposite the busstop to/from Manila. can be a bit noisy all night cause some guests not following any rules and unfortunately there is no staff or security to remind them! rooms need small maintenance in colour, tiles in bathroom, powerplugs and other broken items. I got a good affordable rate so I,ll be back soon.

Can be better, if you can do some renovations.

need to fix the busted lights, fix also the lighting near the stairway / gym area.
