La vista è bella, e la piscina d'acqua calda o il jacuzzi è un grande bonus.

VVattayaThe cabin itself was nice, and the surrounding pine forest was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the cabin wasn't very clean — the pillowcases had stains, and there was still urine on the toilet seat, which was disappointing. We booked the executive cabin for three people, but there was barely enough space for our bags. Next time, we’ll definitely go for a bigger room.
That said, we still enjoyed our stay overall and would love to come back!

UUtente ospiteIt was pouring otw to our point of interest so we decided to drop by the hotel to check it out and wait it out thru the rain. Staffs was super nice even though we were really early before the check in time. They mentioned only one room was ready and they will quickly prep another room for us. we waited for about 15 mins and they came with 4 umbrellas for each of us towards the hotel.
Truly appreciate the hospitality and for them to try and let us check in eariler so we have somewhere to rest while waiting for the rest to stop
Room is spacious, clean, nice view with a nice small balcony. High speed internet is also provided.
The only downside is if you are an introvert and would be back at the hotel early you will have to deal with Karaoke session(thankfully doesn't sound bad) till about 10pm and after that there is a group of people bbq-ing downstairs with music ( might not be a everyday affair) so if you are a light sleeper perhaps can request for the higher lvl room facing the otherside.

While waiting check in , luggage and stuffs just laid down un attended .
Assigned room was very far and entering the room , founded AC not properly set , hot room , tv monitor set guest
Name under different name , no room sandals provided. Call house keeping 2 times and finally coming after 15 minutes .
Shower water not properly running , water discharge very hot ,either set to hot or cold position .no cold water discharge .
Conclusion :
Hospitality services and hotel facilities not operate properly , no intention to serve customer as 5 star hotel services , even though , room occupancy is low .

L'ambiente all'interno dell'hotel è molto confortevole, un sacco di divano/sedie/sedie fornite dove possiamo raccogliere o solo godere dell'atmosfera
La colazione è abbastanza adeguata, purtroppo per 2 giorni, il menu non ha alcun cambiamento.
Purtroppo, la stanza dell'hotel non è pulita, il telaio sembra ancora sporco, le tovalette sono anche un po' odore.
La cosa più deludente è che per l'acqua calda a volte si gira a volte non, anche se l'hotel è situato su un piatto, che è piuttosto freddo.

AArfiIn generale, è buono, ho fatto domanda di una stanza davanti alla piscina quando le piante sono tornate, sono rimasto bloccato con l'acqua da sopra, ma per un po', perché non c'è problema, in fronte alla piccola stanza, portare un camminatore è anche complicato perché l'accesso alla stanza da scale ma aiutato con il personale Le passi delle cose sono prese nella piscina sono sufficienti, ma non c'è piscina interna per i bambini, le strutture del parco sono ok, C'è anche un campo da gioco all'aperto.. per il cibo, non è male. cm uova yok è come un uova congkel ...

The facilities like Bath Tub, Hair dryer, Mini refrigerator, TV, Electrical kettle, and amenities like Swimming Pool, Restaurant for Breakfast, Natural air conditioning, Internet access, room service is up to topmost standards and well-maintained huge Forest area, fish pond, Trees, Garden, Drainage system. Breakfast food is carefully made by topmost chefs and very delicious, must give it a try between 7 am to 10 am. Smooth check in and Check out with No security deposit ... Weekends are busy at most of the hotels in Lembang. If you are fan of loving Mother Nature then, Good option for weekend to be considered. Highly recommend for couples and family .. TERIMA KASIH !!!

Cons : Ma ci sono punti da migliorare / notare non ci sono asciugacapelli (camera a letto doppio) e la TV e FYI limitati per colazione supplementare, per i bambini, è necessario pagare 75k che è disappunto perché il menu non è che many 😁
È la nostra unica notte di soggiorno complessivo era ok 👍🏻

IiphuriosThe room is very spacious! It has living room space, balcony space, and bedroom. Each room have one independent car park, very convenient if you come driving.
The cleanliness level is poor, the towel is mouldy, the bedsheet have some stains, but the floor is mopped properly.
Amenities are minimum, they provide tiny bar soap and very tiny shampoo bottle. No toothbrush or tooth paste. Instead of water bottle, they only gave 200ml cup water.
The most annoying part is the water heater. It is only available from 7am-9:30am and 7pm-9:30pm, which is very inconvenient for a traveller like me.
The view is not bad. The family room (the most expensive) is at the bottom level, which makes it have the worst view of the garden. It also inconvenient as I need to climb the stairs every time I’m in or out of the room.
Other than that, location wise is good if you are going to Asia Africa or Farmhouse Lembang. I left my car at the hotel and walk to these two places.

La mia famiglia di quattro andò a fare un soggiorno, e i bambini godevano davvero di una grande esperienza di gioco in sala da gioco. Ho scelto una tenda Svada con una bella vista sulla città e sulle montagne, vicino alla trampolina e al fuoco. La stanza è spaziale, pulita e l'acqua calda è veramente calda:)) Indubbiamente tornerò in qualche momento in futuro.
