The condo also includes a stackable washer and dryer set for your full use during your stay. The screened lanai has comfy chairs and a bistro set. It has views out to the nature preserve and grassy lawn, where to the south you will find the community pool area, tiki huts for outdoor dining, and community BBQ grills. The pool area has a beautiful waterfall, chaise lounges for sunning, and a hot tub for soaking and enjoying the fresh Florida air and wooded preserve views that surround the complex. There is a screened room with seating for about 15 available for use in the pool area. Access to the pool area is by key.
