Butler Xiaoyou was assigned to meet us at the scenic gate. He is very polite, warm & friendly, he carried our 2 big luggage down the stairs & up the bus & tram. Hotel boss upgraded us to the Suite room on the top floor with panaromic view of Miao Village, additional complimentary afternoon tea set & supper green beans soup. Full basket of fruits & bag of snacks, free mini fridge drinks. Butler Xiaoyou sent us off to the gate by carrying our 2 big luggage & 2 bags of Chinese tea. Excellent Service. Highly recommended this hotel if you don't mind to climb the stairs for the panoramic view.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent service and prime location. The view from our room was breathtaking - definitely one of the highlights of our trip. A special shout-out to 小刘 , who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto bello a Lancun Homestay. Come stranieri, prenotare i biglietti online può essere difficile!
