It was an amazing experience. The hotel is very well located. They took us in charge from the entry of the scenic area. The team was just perfect, our host Luoshen (sorry ifI mistake)was so kind and so helpful. He explains us a lot of things. We really recommand this place. We had good real coffee with expresso machine, and every evening so good barbecues. For sure we would like to stay more and regret already our departure. We left with lot of good memories. We thank you so much see you soon

The hotel stay service was excellent. We had free bbq every night, free coffee every morning and sumptuous breakfast! They even offered to pick up and drop off our luggages at the entrance of the village. Attaching a few photos from the balcony overlooking the village. Just a few things to note: - it’s located at a very centralised location which is accessible to anywhere you wish to go. However, there’s a slope to climb up to reach the hotel stay. - while they are preserving the heritage/traditional housing, the walls are not soundproof. I can wear people walking up and down, stomping and kids screaming at the corridors… - the staircase to level 4 are steep. -mosquitos are everywhere during summer. Brace yourself - cleanliness needs to improve.. consider upgrading the toilet and shower area to be more hygienic.

Stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the incredibly helpful and attentive staff. The location is fantastic, and the rooftop terrace adds a touch of charm with its beautiful views. Definitely worth to stay!

The most impressive of my stay is the excellent services from all the staff , I really meant all. They are warm, sincere and so diligent in their services .. carrying our luggage from main gate to the room, receptionist patiently handled our many requests in getting transport to tickets of scenic places. It’s not a simple process for foreigners. We are so grateful for the assistance. Many complimentary services ( BBQ, ice cream ….) Love it!

太棒了！ 慶幸點了這家民宿。風景很棒，一定要住觀景房。 這家店位置很好，沒有樓梯，一個斜坡就上去去了。上面離觀景台也不遠。 老闆提供的情緒價值也滿滿，負責接送，有帥哥幫忙提行李。 免費的冰棍、welcome fruit、還有老闆親手做的美式，早上早餐是套餐。晚上8點開始供應燒烤，可以送房間，也可以在一樓和天台吃。強烈推薦天天去吃，太美了，燒烤是免費的。 房間也很乾凈，位置是黃金位置，下去就是4號橋。 總之，很開心，是我想要的。

本次貴州遊訂的價格最貴的房間，但是絕對物有所值！ 酒店在四號風雨橋附近，雖然不是景區的核心位置，但是絕對可以算是西江千户苗寨的中心位置了。因為，不論是去往任何方向，都可以毫不費力的走到。並且，酒店所在位置就有很多美食和網紅店。 酒店的環境及設施也非常棒！不用爬山路，就可以輕鬆抵達。我們訂的觀景房，能輕鬆看到苗寨絕妙的夜景。複式閣樓上的房間裏，還安裝了觀景玻璃窗，也是小朋友興奮一晚上的瞭望點。屋裡配套了浴缸及冰箱，是夏季旅遊的點睛之筆。 酒店的服務更是讓我沒想到！酒店提供了行李搬運的服務，還有免費的晚間燒烤，配上冰箱裏的啤酒，可以輕鬆化解親子旅遊的疲勞。😄

超級超級棒！晚上有燒烤，早上有早餐，酒店環境也超出預期，而且接我們的小哥還幫拿行李人超好，前台小哥也超好，晚上燒烤還是早餐都現做端過來，這裏的人簡直都是全能選手！😄鎖定這家！下次還來！

閨女很喜歡，可能跟名字好記好聽有關係，旅途中唸叨好幾次秋間裏😊貴州去了7天，這個是最貴的一個民宿（酒店），但是貴點也值得。前台服務態度很好，很熱情，本來想續住，人家還要免費升房，個人原因沒午休沒續住，但是老闆也沒有給臉色🫰🏻其次有免費的冰棍吃，有免費的小串吃，簡直不要太爽，晚上在閣樓，吃個小串賞着夜景，哈着啤酒🍺最後，帶早餐是其他一般民宿沒有的，雖然簡單，但是味道還不錯，能吃飽。關鍵有咖啡機，早餐來杯冰美式誰懂啊~非要説缺點，就是房間是木質結構，多少有點不隔音，但是能夠接受。

酒店處處能感受到團隊的服務精神，位置就在四號風雨橋附近，去苗寨的哪裡都相對比較方便。免費咖啡和晚上的燒烤都是亮點，入住和離開都會幫忙提行李，樓上的觀景台和景區的大觀景台角度也是一致的。雖然木質的吊腳樓條件有限，但一切都被老闆和團隊的細節覆蓋了。祝生意興隆哈。

苗寨的房屋貌似都是捱得很近，入住的房間窗户外面就是隔壁酒店房間，私隱性不好，得全部拉着窗簾，木質結構的房屋也導致它隔音不太好，定的這個房型不能直接看到夜景，衹能去5樓的觀景平台。房間地漏排水不太好，洗澡容易溢出，地板受潮翹邊，走路踩到動靜不小，房間小毛病不少，但酒店服務很好，小管家接送熱情負責，進店就有免費的冰糕雪糕咖啡小餅乾投喂，老闆也親自來解釋了房間存在缺陷的原因。免費的苗服體驗很不錯，衣服不跟風旅拍，更有民族特色。送的燒烤味道很好，早餐的米粉得到全家一致好評！！！希望老闆能改善一下房間環境噢～

頂層帶閣樓帶陽台，270觀景房，無敵視角觀景房。木製結構，還準備了入户水果和小零食，適合出行的親子家庭。晚上酒店無限量款的燒烤也是非常贊，比燒烤店做的還好吃。特別是管家給搬送的行李，讓我們出入酒店不再狼狽辛苦，真的是很暖心的服務。
