"We just left Monte Real after a week of vacation in Leiria. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about all the staff, from reception to the dining room and housekeeping. We were with our 12-year-old son and my 89-year-old mother-in-law, and we were very specific in our requests, as my mother-in-law is blind and her room had to have certain features. Not only did they take care of all the changes prior to our arrival—we had booked with a fantastic offer from buscounchollo—but they were also extremely attentive, considerate, and friendly throughout the stay. The buffet service is not only top-quality—they even served clams one day—but also very varied, with fish, meat, and vegetarian options, and plenty of desserts and sweets. Because I was with my mother-in-law, we spent the entire afternoon there, and the common areas are comfortable and versatile, both indoors and outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the bar service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and although housekeeping arrived during our nap time, they checked into our rooms earlier when they noticed. One day, the cleaning lady even helped my mother-in-law get up. The area is beautiful and perfect for exploring the entire country, as it's right between Porto and Lisbon, just an hour and 40 minutes away. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything. We will return and recommend it."

"Assolutamente non un 4 stelle. Stanza spaziosa ma poco curata e con un paio di perle da ricordare tipo la muffa nella doccia, il muro con umidità e la fragranza di fragola fortissima (ad alcuni può piacere ad altri no quindi a mio avviso è da evitare). Rubinetteria tua sporca di calcare Wi-Fi pessimo Colazione ricca per quel che riguarda il dolce anche se gli stessi sono stati riproposti nei 3 giorni e alla fine erano un po’ secchi. Impossibile avere uno yogurt il primo giorno, poi sono arrivati dal seguente. Boccione dell’acqua esaurito e mai sostituito nei 3 giorni Caffè e cappuccini da macchinetta con miscela liofilizzata ( per me inaccettabile in un 4 stelle) e chiaramente imbevibili. L’ho scelto perché, pur essendo in mezzo al nulla di fianco ad autostrada e ferrovia, pensavo avrebbero compensato con un servizio e una camera impeccabile. Errore mio Peccato perché il potenziale c’è."

"L'arrivo all'hotel è confuso - sembra che hanno cambiato la direzione della strada e il GPS sta intorno. L'ingresso del garage è stretto - non dà per qq auto. La stanza potrebbe avere più comodità - per un hotel della categoria. La ricezione e il pranzo erano eccellenti."
