La stanza non è molto grande, molto pulita, il bagno è secco separato, con una scatola di acqua calda elettrica e un ascensore, fornendo una bottiglia di acqua. Il ristorante dell'hotel è molto buono, c'è un piccolo cortile sotto.Al contrario della stazione ferroviaria, è molto buono a trovarlo.

The Felix is the perfect base for a stay in Dresden. Our apartment was clean and modern with everything you could need. The staff were friendly and efficient and the bar is a lovely place for a cocktail or a beer. Many of the famous sites are right at the doorstep and there are plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. It’s an easy tram ride from the main station or a fairly quick walk if your bags are easy to carry.

Recata a Lipsia nel Luglio 2016, con un viaggio di gruppo organizzato dall' Agenzia ”Abaco Viaggi”. Siamo arrivati in ritardo causa un spiacevole disguido e una grossa bugia da parte dell' accompagnatrice di gruppo al titolare dell'hotel. Era meglio la cruda verità e l'ammissione da parte dell'assistente della propria incompetenza.. Nonostante tutto, il titolare è stato cordiale, a mio parere troppo, così come la famiglia e la guida della città. Ho avuto cena tedesca (come poche) e varia, camera spaziosa e fresca. Colazione superlativa. Se tornassi, sceglierei di nuovo questo hotel. Arrivederci dal Friuli Venezia Giulia. Lucia Floreani

We stayed here for a couple of nights en route to Berlin for the Euro 2024 final. We loved Leipzig. We had some of the best meals of our time in Germany there and it’s very pretty. The hotel was very convenient for the station (we travelled to all the games by train) and then a short walk on to the centre. There are plenty of bars and restaurants right around the hotel though. It was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in where you have no key or card, just a number code. But it seemed to work ok. The rooms are adequate and clean with a good shower. Definitely worth staying here and very good value for what we paid.

L’hotel è accanto al centro, davanti ad un supermercato bio ed è circondato da altri hotel di altrettanto buona categoria. La hall è vecchia , così come la moquette nelle stanze ( pure sporca) ed il bagno è troppo piccolo e da rinnovare. Il soffitto basso ha reso il primo impatto non positivo. Noi eravamo in quattro e la familiare prevede tre letti da una piazza e mezza, ma un letto alla francese è troppo piccolo per due. Il frigobar era vuoto e mancava la borsa con il kit x piscina. L’armadio è stato ricavato molto spartanamente da una nicchia nel muro. C era una piccola finestra che guardava in un cortile interno triste. Dó comunque quattro pallini per la piscina con idromassaggio separato che, seppur piccoli, hanno allietato il nostro soggiorno e per la colazione fatta in un salone molto curato , che era ricca davvero di ogni cosa, dolce e salata. Omelette fatte al momento,buono il porrige caldo e i muffin. Carina l’idea della cartolina di benvenuto scritta a mano dalla direttrice dell’hotel, trovata in stanza con l’acqua di cortesia.

Io amo il Motel One. Di solito. Ma questa premessa in particolare non sarà la mia prima scelta la prossima volta. Il signore che mi ha controllato era un tipo di distanza, difficilmente gentile. Hanno ancora slot per colazione, solo un'ora piena, che, spiega, è dovuto al fatto che hanno più camere che spazio. Tuttavia, hanno un bar molto bello al 8° piano, oltre alla più piccola ”sala” per colazione al 7° piano.Perché non usano entrambe le camere, quando vengono vendute fuori (e,g, durante la fiera del libro)? L'hotel è anche estremamente rumoroso in termini di traffico stradale. Situato in una vasta intersezione, e circa 8 (otto!) linee tram ultra rumorose attraversano su entrambi i lati dell'hotel. Anche al quarto piano, e con le finestre chiuse, non mi sono finalmente addormentato prima di una volta, quando l'ultimo tram andava a piedi, e mi sono svegliato alle cinque, quando il primo tram del giorno si è sentito. La mia richiesta di check-in per una stanza al settimo o al ottava piano è stata ignorata dall'uomo che ho menzionato sopra. Mi ha appena dato un buono, con il quale mi è stato mandato all'ottavo piano per prendere il mio complimento bottiglia d'acqua, mentre il mio collega, che era stato controllato accanto a me da una signora molto gentile, ha ricevuto subito una bottiglia. Ho solo il mio, quando ho chiesto, perché dovevo andare al otto piano, mentre il mio collega ha preso l'acqua sul contatore. Infine, ma non meno importante, di solito uso le scale del Motel One invece dell'ascensore, anche se la mia stanza è situata al 6° piano o addirittura più alto. In particolare, se ci sono solo 3 piccoli ascensori in un hotel con - presumibilmente - 150 camere (la ragione data per le slot per il colazione), in questo hotel non ci sono scalini che vi portino al lobby sul pavimento. Mi è stato detto che dovevo uscire dal supermercato di Edeka vicino alla porta, andare in strada e poi tornare all'hotel.Strano. Comunque, poiché a Leipzig ci sono altri 2 Motel Ones, che sono grandi, belli e con un personale affascinante, dubito che io possa mai più scegliere il ”Post”.

Ottima struttura ad un passo dal centro. La colazione - come sempre nei Radisson - è monumentale e ottima! Il parcheggio privato è comodissimo. Rispettate tutte le norme anti-Covid. Avrei voluto trovare in camera più opzioni per il cuscino (quello tedesco moscio ed enorme lo detesto), ma non c'era. Ammetto che non ho chiesto alla reception se ne avevano uno in lattice.

Well situated and comfortable but some issues. Firstly the WiFi is problematic. On returning to the hotel there was no signal to any of the rooms after 2200. There were no reception staff to speak to. They said that it wasn't staffed after 2230, but they clearly locked up long before that. Their excuse next morning was that it was ”external maintenance and a frequent issue” Hardly reassuring or credible. The room had no privacy curtain. Breakfast orange juice was clearly reconstituted and undrinkable - unacceptable at this price point and the scrambled egg was hard and inedible. There was little choice and the coffee point inadequate for numbers of customers.

Ten minutes from the station and a warm welcome. We loved the bathroom en suite, the breakfast and the spiral staircase. The dorms were spotless and the views over the city, charming. Central location within easy reach of the churches, the university and the famous Gewandhaus.

The Townhouse Leipzig was one of our favorite hotels on our recent Germany and Austria vacation. Set in the heart of Leipzig within one of the oldest Rennaissance buildings in the city, the Townhouse is next door to the Bach Museum and steps away from Thomaskirche and the iconic statue of the great composer. Our top-floor room looked directly out on Thomaskirche and the Bach statue. Upon entering the hotel for the first time, we were impressed by the beautiful style and creativity of the unique decor and lighting, the charming furnishings, and the friendliness of the staff. Our spacious suite was spotless, had a kitchenette, comfortable couches, a nice flat-screen television, a large modern bathroom, quality linens and pillows, and a warm, welcoming message from the staff. Above the king bed was a large reproduction of one of Bach's cantata manuscripts. The windows opened up onto a stunning view of Thomaskirche and the surrounding city. The Townhouse Leipzig offers free high-speed Wi-Fi, a laundry service, a fitness area with workout equipment, a sauna, and a library! The restaurant provides excellent buffet breakfasts. We found several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance, including Johann S Restaurant & Bar a few steps from the hotel. The front desk staff were so helpful assisting us throughout our stay, looking up museum times and tram routes and schedules for us. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were friendly, helpful, and very professional. The price was surprisingly affordable, given the location and the quality of hotel, and the surrounding area was quiet at night. We loved being wakened by the Thomaskirche bells in the morning. The one minor inconvenience is the lack of on-site parking—not surprising given the unique location—but they offer a convenient unloading and loading area for luggage, and we found easy parking adjacent to Thomaskirche a two-minute walk from the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent boutique hotel to anyone visiting the city center, and if you're in Leipzig on a Bach pilgrimage and need a great place to stay, look no further.
