L'hotel è pulito, il personale cordiale. Non c'è riscaldamento separato nel bagno... Una stanza fresca per dormire si traduce in un bagno fresco. Non c'è uno specchio ingranditore, la luce può essere attenuata ma non molto intensa. Un bollitore sarebbe andato bene, così come un cuscino, che non è così spesso. Su richiesta sono disponibili cuscini “più morbidi”, ma non sono realmente piatti ed elastici. C'è una luce con sensore sotto il letto che continua ad accendersi e spegnersi di notte. Questo è estremamente fastidioso. La donna delle pulizie bussa nonostante abbia detto “non disturbare”. Ci sono alberghi più confortevoli.

Il doccia non era correttamente drenato. Ho chiamato il “Servizio degli ospiti” sul telefono della stanza, ma nessuno ha risposto. Ho appeso e ho chiamato il servizio della stanza che hanno risposto e mi hanno detto di chiamare 99 per “Desk Front” di nuovo nessuna risposta. Dopo un bel momento di chiamare, ho deciso di scendere per le scale, e i signori erano carini e professionisti, ma si è concluso lì, perché la stanza aveva una questione di drenaggio della doccia che non potevano risolvere. Mi sono state date due opzioni per cambiare in una stanza non collegata o solo usare il doccia nella stanza collegata che avevo. Beh, cosa è il punto di pagare per due camere se devo stare in linea per usare il doccia vicino alla porta? Ho pagato per avere un collegamento perché ho un bambino che rimane nella stanza di collegamento. Comunque, La stanza si sentiva musty come l'AC non era fino al standard, ho soggiornato qui ogni volta che esci presto per gli ultimi 7 anni, ma vedo la caduta standard, così come se fosse 4 stelle.... FYI è la stanza 4140 se qualcuno si chiede quale stanza è. Almeno in questo modo si sa la necessità di chiudere il doccia ogni 10 secondi per lasciare che l'acqua scorre per prevenire un'inondazione. Ho pagato per due camere di connessione, credo avrei dovuto chiedere che avessero anche due docce di lavoro di connessione.

Siamo stati all'hotel parcheggio per una notte di Silvester. Ci è piaciuto molto il soggiorno all'hotel. Il personale era molto gentile e non ci sono stati aperti desideri. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto abbastanza tempo per esplorare tutto all'hotel. In ogni caso, torneremo a prenderlo. Possiamo solo consigliare l'hotel. ☺️👍🏻 Caro saluto da Osnabrück

We have stayed at IBIS Stuttgart Airport-Messe several times, mostly arriving by car but sometimes on the plane which then entails a €10 taxi ride to the hotel (bring cash). Arriving by car, it's especially convenient if you need to do shopping since both Aldi and Lidl are very, very close by. The hotel parking is, however chargeable (€10) - it's around the back, and has one deck of covered parking and one of uncovered. However if you arrive late at night and leave early morning (before 07:30) you are probably OK to park in front of hotel. Do not park in Lidl, where there are cameras enforcing a three-hour free parking limit (active 24 hrs). As to the hotel itself, it is everything you need for a short no-frills stay. The staff are all very friendly, courteous and helpful. Rooms are uniform no-frills IBIS - comfy beds, capsule bathroom, no rugs or carpets, a/c, opening windows, open-plan hanging area and shelves, small seating area with one chair, bedside lamps, TV and phone. There are adequate power points but no dedicated phone charging USB or -C sockets, so ensure you have adaptors. Breakfast is absolutely excellent: plentiful and good quality, costs €13, and nobody minds if you fix up a few rolls for your on-the-road lunch. We recommend this hotel very highly and will continue to use it regularly. One small tip - on two or three occasions there have been late-night ”gatherings” of other hotel guests (it seems to me they are contract workers on 1-week or 2-week stays) on the hotel steps outside, drinking beer from bottles and generally making a row. Therefore, I strongly recommend requesting a room at the BACK of the hotel, HIGH up and FACING the hotel car park.

Un hotel molto buono 3* del gruppo Dorint a un rapporto qualità/prezzo. Percorsi consigliabili per ogni viaggiatore/di vacanza moderno di struttura/studio a vostro comfort. L'edificio è situato in una posizione conveniente per il traffico verso l'aeroporto e la fiera (connessione S&U a piedi) camere moderne ristrutturate/ pulite, nonché buone/appropriate attrezzature e un buon funzionamento climatizzatore, o la televisione. E' particolarmente importante ricordare il comfort di sonno, di materassi piacevoli e biancheria da letto, nonché un trifolio di vetro assemblato che porta a una significativa riduzione del rumore. L'equipaggio lavora professionalemente e tutti sono molto amichevoli e di aiuto, come si aspetta come ospite per quanto riguarda il servizio.

Non posso dire che il posto mi ha fatto saltare. La posizione è molto conveniente vicino all'aeroporto, al parco e alcuni quartieri di business. Edificio è nuovo e interno sono contemporaneo. Difficile trovare via GPS perché Bertha-Benz-Platz apparentemente non è elencato in alcun GPS, quindi è necessario entrare Dieselstrasse. Room aveva un AC e una piccola cucina. Finora così buono. Dopo aver chiesto di tenere la casa, mi è stato detto che la casa è fatta solo una volta alla settimana. Il buffet per colazione era riempito solo su richiesta e piuttosto senza motivazione. La chiusura della porta della camera non era chiusa, quindi ho chiesto una riparazione, ma nessuno era davvero in disturbo.

Good located if visit any congress in Stuttgart or if arrive late at Stuttgart Airport, just few mins walk from the airport. BUT unfortunately for me it was a disappointment. I was there two days after the auto Interior congress, and even I’m Accor gold member there was nothing prepared. I arrived late and expected to get everything ready as most Accor hotels I visited, but not the case. I asked for upgrade the room as hotel was empty (congress was finished) there was declined because according to the front desk, the supervisor reviewed and blocked the bookings, if this supervisor reviewed the bookings, why did not prepare the room (including a potential upgrade) and all related to the expected visit? I was totally disappointed.
