L'atteggiamento di servizio della reception è migliore, l'atteggiamento del servizio della stanza è molto buono se le strutture sono buone, perché è un vecchio edificio, quindi può essere utilizzato, ma più vecchio, i dolci di caramelle benvenuti hanno anche un caldo di acqua in generale, questo prezzo è ancora molto buono.

La stanza è molto grande con balcone (il balcone è aperto, cioè il balcone della stanza in questa fila è aperto, non è isolato, e se qualcuno viene qui è possibile, mi sento sempre sicuro di stare vicino alla porta del balcone 😅) Ci sono anche calcio da tavolo all'hotel, palla da tavolo, c'è un****** Parcheggio gratuito, posizione sufficiente

Camere ampie, noi abbiamo scelto una con angolo cottura interno. Pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Posto auto disponibile in loco gratuitamente. Reception presente e sempre disponibile in caso di necessita'.

L'hotel era molto pulito, servizio sorprendente (il mio marito era malato con l'influenza e dobbiamo cambiare i nostri vestiti da letto e loro dove molto veloce). A proposito della posizione, la stazione ferroviaria è vicina e la stazione ferroviaria, ma è circa un'ora da Amsterdam centrale. A proposito delle strutture, è stato molto bello se l'hotel dispone di un bagno con una sauna e una stanza a vapore.

Great hotel, nice employee, fantastic service, phenomenal experience. I stayed there with a friend for a week, each day we left the hotel at the morning/noon before 11 am. Afterwards we got a cleaned room with new bathtubs and also the kitchen was refilled. The personal was cool. Would like to stay a bit longer

L'ospitalità e la cordialità del personale è stata più che buona. A volte ci voleva molto tempo prima che le bevande venissero portate sulla terrazza! Il pasto serale non era niente di speciale. All'antipasto mancavano degli elementi e la portata principale era tiepida. La cameriera è super gentile, non le vedi più così spesso. Le camere sono pulite e ordinate. I materassi hanno bisogno di essere sostituiti perché eravamo afflosciati l'uno verso l'altro. Colazione a dieci con una matita! Ma anche questo è possibile per quasi 28 euro a persona, ma con musica dal vivo al pianoforte. Tutto sommato, ritornerei sicuramente ma non cenare di nuovo perché ci sono molti punti di ristoro di qualità nelle vicinanze!

Wir sind ganz spontan (einen Tag vorher gebucht) in den Niederlanden angekommen und zusammen mit unserem Hund eingecheckt. Der Empfang war sehr nett und im Zimmer stand schon eine Hundeschale mit Ball und Leckerlies bereit. -Ach so, wir waren im Erdgeschoss im Altbau untergebracht. Die Zimmergröße war ok. Allerdings fehlt jegliche Ablagefläche für einen Koffer und einen Schrank gab es auch nicht, lediglich ein offenes Regal mit ein paar Kleiderbügeln. Auch im Bad gab es lediglich 2 Haken für Handtücher und leider gab es im Bad auch keine Heizung....das war ordentlich kalt. Leider waren auch Flecken in der Bettwäsche vorhanden, ich vermute mal, die sind bei der Wäsche nicht rausgegangen...nicht schön. Die Betten sind nicht gerade bequem, aber wir sind ansonsten Wasserbettschläfer, denke da sind wir verwöhnt. Der Außenbereich war etwas ”schrammelig”, die Leihfahrräder lagen mehr oder weniger vor der Tür im Dreck. -Eigentlich alles Sachen, die man mit sehr wenig Aufwand etwas ansprechender gestalten könnte. Ja, ich kann meinen Vorrednern nur zustimmen, es ist sehr hellhörig. Unschlagbar ist aber die Lage, ca. 100 m und da ist man schon am Strand und zum Pier sind es vielleicht 5 bis 10 Minuten Fußweg. -Aber hey, wir haben für 2 Nächte 180 € gezahlt und ich denke, dass Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt und ich will nicht groß meckern. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, wir waren auswärts frühstücken. Da wir zum Glück Superwetter hatten und sowieso nur zum duschen und schlafen da waren, war es für mich echt ok und konnte damit leben. -Ich denke, es ist wirklich nur was für Leute, die nur kurz da bleiben wollen. Für einen längeren Zeitraum ist das Hotel leider ungeeignet.

I love Novotel as a chain, and have stayed at this hotel before and was quite happy. This time I felt things were a little off and I wasn't as satisfied. I seem to recall getting a free bottle of water in the room, which it appears is not included anymore. No more individual shower gels and soaps, but now big pumps of soap, which is OK if you have the complete set of them. Yes, it's more environmentally friendly but it's also a sign of cost-cutting. Breakfast was more or less the same -- good choice and quality -- except on a busy weekend they seemed totally overwhelmed and people had to queue to get a table. On a quieter morning, I noticed a sign stating one can request omelettes and poached eggs from the kitchen, so I did, and this dish never materialized, which was a little awkward. The fresh orange juice machine is awful: constant noise and queues of people taking ages to each make one glass of juice, as it requires that the user slice the orange and then ram each half, one at a time, into the machine, yielding a tiny amount of juice. Repeat for 6 or 7 oranges to get a glass... It would be funny to watch as slapstick if it weren't so annoying to listen to. On the positive side, the rooms are still attractive, comfortable, and quiet.

Ho prenotato un hotel con bagno all'interno della stanza. Quando siamo arrivati era molto occupato nell'hotel a causa del check in tempo. Abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti per entrare e ci sono stati detto che siamo stati aggiornati in una stanza di benessere con una sauna. Abbiamo camminato lungo la spiaggia, letteralmente davanti all'hotel, e abbiamo goduto di un bel jacuzzi e una sauna per il resto della serata. Sì, è costoso! E il parcheggio davanti all'hotel è 25€ al giorno o 6,50€ all'ora, che è davvero costoso (l'hotel non può fare nulla sulle tariffe di parcheggio a causa del governo, ma forse il trasporto pubblico è una opzione per voi) Prezzo, ma assolutamente vale ogni penny. E non dimenticare di avere accesso al loro benessere incluso nella tua stanza!
