"Hotel molto bello, accogliente, stanza bella e molto pulita, ho trovato un posto molto silenzioso esterno ed interno ed ho dormito benissimo. Letto, cuscini e coperta ottimi. Bagno bello con doccia moderna. Vicinissimo al centro di Leicester e stazione treni, si può andare a piedi tranquillamente ovunque. C'è un Tesco anche dove acquistare acqua e cibo per la notte. Receptionists molto gentili, sorridenti e disponili. Ci sono dei bagni sul Ground floor. Insomma sono rimasto contento, consigliato."

"The checking in and out process was simple with no problems. There are ongoing renovations and improvements. The restaurant was closed however delivery options and nearby eateries and COOP mini market close by. Easy access to city center by bus or a 30 minute walk along the main road through the Victoria park near the University campus. It has a convenient location with an affordable price with free parking available."

Ddammy19Staff was very helpful.
There is limited parking space and you have to pre book before your arrival. I did not get parking at the hotel.
Room was very ok. House keeping not great, loads of dust on surfaces in my room. Couldn’t use the kettle as it looked dirty and dusty.
Really helpful staff at reception. Late checkout with no charge. I checked out at 12 instead of 11am
Breakfast was good.

UUtente ospiteTerrible Hotel, I stayed here about 3 years ago and it was very good, that’s why I booked it this time. On arrival, I was allocated the wrong room, twice, on the third attempt they managed to get it right.
The fire alarm went off 3 times between 6.00 and 7.00am, what a lovely way to wake up after traveling for 22 hour’s from Thailand.
Breakfast was nasty and there wasn’t any bacon left, so I asked a member of staff for some bacon and was told I would have to wait 10 minutes as the chef was on a fag break.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed for one night and were completely satisfied with our experience. The bed was perfect; really comfortable. The air temperature was easy to control without being noisy or blowy. And the power shower was wonderful. The room was really spacious with everything we needed and the decor was great.

DdaitauchoiIt was a wonderful stay with Holiday Inn Leicester. The family room is bigger than expected, hygiene, daily room cleaning, comfort air-con, electric chargers are sufficient, Staff were helpful.
Breakfast was great and rich. I will definitely come back if I revisit Leicester.

UUtente ospiteLe strutture della stanza sono complete e pulite e confortevoli. Nel centro della città, a piedi cinque minuti alla stazione ferroviaria, la maggior parte delle attrazioni possono essere raggiunte a piedi.Ci sono Aldi, Lidl e supermercati vicino, e conveniente per gli acquisti.

UUtente anonimoI had issues with the date so wasn't able to travel during the said booked time. I would like to give a special thanks to the lady I spoke to on phone who was really considerate and listened to me (I called several times) and arranged another day convenient for me. The room was nice but the walls were very thin due to which when people were playing music we could hear it in ours till 2am in the morning. Although they quickly responded when complained but the walls should be thicker so that people can enjoy their stay when they paid so much in a good hotel!

TTahera NI had to wait a little at the beginning as for some reason my booking wasn’t showing on their system. However I was given an upgraded room due to this. The first room smelt of cannabis and the edge of the bed metal piece was sticking out with shower gel half empty. Therefore I was given another room which was in excellent condition, it was a lot bigger with a massive TV screen. This hotel’s bathroom had a hair dryer and a hair straightener too. They also had an ironing board. The person at the reception was very friendly, smiled no matter what and even offered tea whilst I was waiting. Some of the rooms had good views example you could see the Leicester wheel.
