剛開始入住房間就給錯了，換了以後，設施老舊不堪，床上一股酸臭的味道，還有白色毛髮。早餐竟然是先做的切沒什麼吃的，都沒吃飽。

La location indubbiamente merita così come la carta dei vini…. il servizio invece lascia un po’ a desiderare in quanto abbiamo aspettato un’ ora per essere serviti nonostante a tavola ci fossero due bambini…..il maiale era crudo il pollo secco ed il manzo non si riusciva né a tagliare né a masticare ( sicuramente anche per via dei coltelli non adatti ) I complimenti invece vanno al cameriere ( che parla anche italiano ) il quale con molta simpatia disponibilità e professionalità ha saputo strapparci dei sorrisi sinceri e di gusto….BRAVO !!!

We had our end of year work so here last night, everything was perfect The staff was all amazing and the food was very good, I would recommend this place to anyone Really well structured from start to finish well done to all the staff We will be booking next year for both our businesss Sightline Aluminium and Richardson and Hall Luxury Developments

We hosted a wedding in the grand ballroom and stayed in the junior suite that night. The team were fantastic to plan a wedding with and the venue was beautiful. Our suite was very nice to stay in. The room was clean and equipped with consumables and a coffee maker and kettle. The room and bathroom were big. The bed was comfortable and the room had 2 sofas and a TV. The breakfast the next morning was served quickly and was very tasty. The staff were very friendly. We definitely recommend Winstanley House whether you want to plan an event like a wedding, or if you are looking to stay in the hotel.

We had our wedding at winstanley and was the best decision, they were incredibly accommodating. Everything was perfect from the food, they tailored it to our preferences and tasted incredible on the day with plenty of choices to choose from. The co-ordination of the event was incredibly smooth and I was so stress free on the day they handled everything perfectly. All of our guests enjoyed our wedding and have recommended 2 of my friends who were looking for venues to book with winstanley. Thank you Rachel and events team from the bottom of our hearts

Winstanley House is a hidden Georgian gem set amid fabulous parkland on the edge of Leicester City centre. It’s relatively small for a stately home, marking it as a distinctively intimate bijou hotel. Its understated grandeur has made it a popular wedding location, while its high-class restaurant provides high-quality cuisine. Do try the curried monkfish. Professionalism and courtesy unify its front-of-house staff. Its cleaners are fabulously efficient, and if all of this isn’t commendation enough, check out Cherie and Dave’s breakfasts, which are to die for and come your way in any shape or form you desire—service with a smile and a taste to match.

We recently hosted a business event at Winstanley House and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, their team was incredibly thorough and cooperative, ensuring every detail was perfectly managed. The customer service was fantastic, consistently attentive and accommodating. The highlight was undoubtedly the excellent selection of food, which impressed all of our guests. Overall, we loved hosting our event at Winstanley House and highly recommend it for any professional gathering. They truly made our event memorable and seamless.

From the moment we arrived for our meal in the Black Iron restaurant, to the moment we left, everything was just perfect. The staff were very attentive and lovely, especially Leisia (apologies if not the correct spelling). She looked after us so well, very professional, but with a warmth and friendliness about her. We all had the rump steak, which was cooked to perfection accompanied by a very drinkable bottle of Merlot. The restaurant is a beautiful room, as is the rest of the hotel. All the staff there are just lovely. It was a pleasure to be there and would thoroughly recommend this place and would have no hesitation in returning again.
