When drought, weather, or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the local jurisdictions without prior notice. We do our best to ensure the propane tanks are full for grills and/or fire pits and enough wood is provided for the fireplaces but cannot guarantee it will last the entire length of your stay. - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located next to the front door facing the front entrance area, camera 2 is on the front of the house facing the driveway, camera 3 is on the bottom deck facing the backyard, and camera 4 is on the backyard tree facing the side door. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion.
