Comfort Inn Lehi - Thanksgiving Point Area

I booked this property specifically for the hot tub. The hot tub was out for ROUTINE maintenance which they did NOT disclose on *******, nor upon check in. When I asked about the tub they said it was not available for painting and I could drive to a nets by community center and buy a day pass there if I wanted a hot tub. The outside was dirty with overflowing trash cans and litter in the lot. Finally, there was blood on my sheets (see pix). I complained and was promised a refund by the manager (owner?) who has reneged. Avoid the bait and switch, crooked, filthy, rip-off joint.

Ok for a night or two. Nothing special but not bad We only stayed one night. It was ok. Nothing special, but nothing bad. Hot tub wasn’t working which ****** bc that was my plan for am before hike.

I’d Certainly Stay Again Convenient access to the freeway with multiple eating establishments nearby. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and one of the better morning breakfast.

Alright It was alright. It stunk off mildew and we had to keep the windows open the whole time. The hot tub was as warm as bath water and the jets hardly worked.

Rude desk clerk We had traveled from 3 hours away to bring a sick horse to the veterinarian. We booked the room on our way at 9pm because we knew it would be a long night and because we knew that the booking software wouldn’t let us book for that night if it was after midnight. The desk clerk mad a snide comment when we were checking in about how we were “cutting it close”. I asked what that means and she told me that if we had been 20 minutes later, we couldn’t check in after 3 am. I had no idea about some policy not letting people use a reservation after 3 am, nor does it matter if we are checking in prior to some arbitrary cut off time. I fail to see why she felt it necessary to make any remark to someone checking in very late at night as we were obviously exhausted and would not have chosen to be that late if we could help it. Also, I slipped in the shower because there are no anti slip patches in a VERY slippery tub.

nice stay service was amazing. housekeeping was okay cleanbut things over looked there was a ballcap left on top of the cloths closet and the conditioner was empty. breakfast was good the attendants were very helpful if something ran out taken care of quickly
