We're excited that it finally re-opened. Here's our review: ROOM Our first room was okay, but the filter of aircon is dirty so we had the staff cleaned it. next, we would like to go out to swim but their SDB was not fixed in the cabinet so we dont think how was that ”SAFE” knowing that it can be removed. so we just let it pass. then going back after our dip in the pool, we took a shower, but voila! the drainage doesnt drain at all 😂 so we decided to request to transfer to another room. so on the next room, as you enter, you will smell that it was not used for a period of time. the carpet was dusty, you can feel it on your feet. in this room, aircon and bathroom are now okay. RESTAURANT Volcanic Grill - before it was so nice to lounge here because of the food, but during our stay, the food was limited and there is no meat to grill 😅 how was that called volcanic grill? we ordered other food, and tbh, it's delicious and big serving. Breakfast - Since it is a weekday, we expect that it is not buffet, the food are not the same as before but it is still sumptious. we enjoyed our breakfast. POOL Of course, the hotel has the best view of Mayon. Nothing else to say, just look at the photo. SERVICE The staff are all respectful. PRICE It is a bit pricey given, they should have lower the price first to gain clients.

La pulizia della stanza è su richiesta. Per questo non hanno i segni di porta. Cons: 1. Se c'è una scelta tra una suite junior (rm. 4) e una suite esecutiva (rm. 5 e 6) e il prezzo è giusto, andate a prendere la suite esecutiva perché è più grande. 2. Ho visto un piccolo cazzo vivo nel bagno (rm.4) 3. Le teste di doccia con la pioggia e la mano hanno molte molte (rm. 4) 4. La testa di acqua bidet ha anche alcune molte molte (rm. 4) 5. La suite junior (rm. 4) è davvero piccola per un letto regina che prende in giro l'intera stanza. 6. Ho prenotato una suite junior per le prime 3 notti e 4 notti sono state prenotate sulla suite esecutiva. Non sono riusciti a dare la suite esecutiva a qualche mix-up nella loro prenotazione. Ho dovuto discutere con il manager (anche lei è la proprietaria) la signorina Elaine per vedere cosa faranno. In primo luogo, mi è stato promesso che la ripararà, ma il giorno del mio trasferimento alla suite esecutiva, mi vogliono solo restare nella suite junior. Dopo qualche giornata di ritorno con la signora Elain e un po' di argomento minore, mi hanno appena dato un 10% di sconto sul resto del mio soggiorno, anche se questo ha rovinato le mie aspettative di avere una stanza più grande, non voglio essere ingiusto.

L'Hotel Marison ha superato le mie aspettative in ogni modo. Con la sua posizione migliore, comodi alloggi, eccellenti servizi, delizioso cibo e servizio eccezionale, è la scelta perfetta per i viaggiatori che cercano un'esperienza inoltrabile. Raccomando al massimo l'Hotel Marison a chiunque!

Stayed here for 3 nights while we toured Bicol. For the first night it appeared that housekeeping simply but the bed covers back on and placed new towels but did not. Really clean the room. Small roach in the sink spotted. The public areas, breakfast buffet are fine but the rooms need some fixing up or renovation. The shower head had an uneven spray pattern and at times mixed by itself between hot and cold. Massage services are good, done in your room, schedule at front reception. Friday evenings have a buffet and dancing. Can take a tricycle to the SM mall a short distance away.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per 1 notte di soggiorno a Legaspi City. Oppun controllare la reception chiede 300 pesos per protocollo hotel non so per cosa ma non è indicato nella prenotazione e prenotiamo due camere per cui abbiamo pagato 600 centesimi pesos. La camera è così pulita l'unico problema è che non c'è chiusura sul bagno, il bidet non funziona bene anche il riscaldamento. Ma per qualcuno che cerca un hotel più economico questo hotel è ok per un solo soggiorno notturno per rilassarsi in generale è buono per me.

Se il bilancio è limitato, questo hotel è una buona scelta.La posizione è al terzo piano di Embarcadero de Legazpi, l'hotel Ellis offre un letto molto comodo.Puoi farti dormire tranquillo un giorno di notte.Il prezzo dell'hotel è molto economico rispetto all'hotel vicino. La stanza è un po'piccola, ma è ancora abbastanza pulita.Le esigenze fondamentali, come il ristorante, i negozi (per evitare che la farmacia) sono tutti a terra.

Per celebrare il primo anniversario del matrimonio, ho prenotato una suite qui e ho soggiornato una notte.La stanza è molto piccola, almeno come suite.Mio marito loda il loro letto molto comodo.La colazione di autobus è semplice, ma anche apprezzata.Il personale di servizio dell'hotel è molto amichevole. La faccia della porta dell'hotel è molto alta.Tutto è buono, tranne che non so da dove improvvisamente si sono nascosti insetti, si sono inginocchiati con le pareti al tetto e poi sono entrati in un isolato sopra.

This was our first time staying at Emerald Boutique Hotel (EBH). This was our experience… We had originally booked a place to stay via airbnb. However, upon arrival, the place was nothing like the description. So, we didn’t even have to think twice about not staying there. That will have its own review. Getting back to our experience at EBH. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a smile by France. We inquired about a room and was told that they were booked for the night. However, she was kind enough to double check and see if all of the expected guests had arrived. After much effort, she was finally able to accommodate us for the night at the third floor but reserve a second floor for us since my father has a difficulty in climbing stairs. The following day, we were able to transfer to the second floor as promised. A day later after breakfast, we were fortunate enough to meet the hotel’s owner and general manager. Apparently the owner overheard the conversations that we had the night before and wanted to help us. We informed, Mr. Noel and Mr. Leo that we need an accommodations for about 30 days maybe even longer but was informed that we could only stay for only one night since all the rooms are booked. However, we didn’t want to move since we really like the hotel and it is near to some of the offices that we need to go to. After a few more conversations with the owner and the hotel’s general manager, we were told to go to our room and to just relax amd that they will take care of things and will give us an update asap or no later than by close of business. After a few hours, Mr. Leo personally came up to our room to give us the great news that we don’t need to worry and that we can stay in our room. We did receive a call from the front desk in the latter part of the day due to some miscommunications between the staff. I reached out to Mr. Leo to inform him of the situation and he took immediate action to resolve the situation and promised me that such issues would not happen again. Emerald Boutique Hotel is a hidden secret hotel. The service is top notch. The room attendants are on point. The food, I don’t even know where to begin. Let’s just say that I have probably gained a few pounds just from my few days stay thus far. Mr. Renz is also there to assist you if you have any questions. If you’re looking for a five star experience and still want to save money to be able to do other things, look no more. Book your stay at the Emerald Boutique Hotel.
