Its actually a regular house used as a bed and breakfast. Its located in a more commercial or industrial area than in the city. Bathroom and toilets are shared with 5 rooms. It was a rather strange experience when we arrived because the host was not present and we had to enter via keycode. No instructions and rather unfriendly 'zero tolerance' sign that explain you what you are not allowed to do and that they will look detailed what you may have done wrong or broken etc. Not very welcoming. The host was actually available at breakfast and very friendly, what actually made up a bit for the not so good first impression. Overall I would not come back again.

Wij verbleven in Suite mr. Philippe in hartje stad Leeuwarden. Wat een prachtige plek om te mogen verblijven. Heerlijk bed, zalige douche en zo schoon. Mooie gordijnen, top ingericht en een hele lieve en attente gastvrouw Jozien die nog even een kijkje kwam nemen. Wellicht 1 aandachtspuntje. Op de slaapkamer hebben we voor frisse lucht de balkondeur opengezet maar een haakje om de deur niet te laten klapperen zou fijn zijn.

Een prima verblijf! De ontbijtservice was super en alles zag er strak uit. Een fijne tuin om lekker te zitten bij het wakker worden. Ik kon hier zeker even lekker tot mijzelf komen. De communicatie met het personeel was ook top, niks op aan te klagen!

Een prachtige accommodatie. Comfortabele bedden en een mooie inrichting. Appartement gelegen in een super mooie straat. Terrasjes om de hoek. De service was fijn en ik zal zeker terugkeren. Complimenten!

Prachtig appartement, mooie inrichting en de hygiëne was uitermate goed. Ontbijt erbij geboekt en was allemaal erg vers. De eigenaar was super aardig en gastvrij. We hadden direct contact. Zeker een aanrader. We keren ook terug als we naar Leeuwarden gaan.

Vriendelijk personeel en een mooi appartement. Gelegen in het centrum dus een prachtige locatie. De hygiëne was top, bedden en kussens waren erg comfortabel. Wij hadden ontbijt erbij geboekt, dit was goed geregeld en super vers.

Superlocatie! Prachtig pandje, centraal gelegen. Ideaal voor weekendje weg, maar ook voor langere tijd geschikt want voelt als thuis. Sfeervol ingericht met oog voor details. Huisje bestaat uit 3 verdiepingen. Begane grond: leefkeuken, toilet en toegang tot patiotuintje. 1e verdieping: gezellige living en ruime nette badkamer. 2e verdieping: slaapkamer met heerlijk kingsize bed.

Prachtige B&B! Kakelverse heerlijk geurend beddengoed. Vers ontbijt met verse jus en gebakken eitje. Yoghurt met vers fruit en warme broden. En kunnen genieten van de schitterende tuin. Deze B&B krijgt van ons een dikke welverdiende 10!

Voor werk twee nachten verbleven in deze heerlijke Bed en Breakfast. Een erg fijne en rustige plek om na het werk 'thuis' te komen en met een kwartiertje lopen sta je zo in hartje centrum. De kleine eenpersoonskamer was inderdaad wat klein maar voor mij alles wat ik nodig had: een slaapplek en bureautje om aan te werken. Ontbijt was heerlijk verzorgd. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf dames!
