The kitchen is newly renovated and fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, spices, and small appliances for cooking meals. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch, as well as seating for your whole group to watch the Roku TV. In the back of the unit, you will find the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstands, and a dresser. The bathroom is newly renovated and includes a full soaker tub and shower. Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and paper products are included in your stay. In addition to the condo, you have access to 400 feet of shared lakefrontage and beach. The shoreline can be a little rocky, so bring your water shoes to get the most enjoyment out of the bay. Enjoy 2 living rooms, a full chef's kitchen, and access to both Mougey Lake and Omena Bay.Stillwater is conveniently broken into two wings. In the first, you will find an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living area to gather your group. The kitchen was professionally designed and stocked to cook and serve beautiful meals while you travel. There is a gas fireplace to enjoy while you play games or eat on the dining table that seats 6. There are also 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in this wing. Each bed is queen-sized fitted with quality linens on a comfortable new mattress. The back bedroom is outfitted with a desk for working on the go and the bathroom is ensuite. The second wing of the home contains the main living room and the third bedroom and bathroom. The hall closets leading to this wing are well stocked with games, books, toys, and water essentials. The living room gives you an excellent view of the lake while enjoying the TV or second gas fireplace. This bedroom also has a king bed and ample closet space. Outside the home, there is a deck with seating to enjoy a meal outside. A few steps off the deck and down to the lake a firepit is available for marshmallow roasting under the stars. The house has 200 feet of Mougey Lake frontage. Mougey lake is a no wake lake great for paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, or swimming. Other amenities include access to hiking trails to the north of the home in the Omena Woods Association. The trail map can be found in the welcome book.
