Premier Inn Leeds Cc (Whitehall Road)

Check in was easy, friendly staff, not impressed with the room. One bath and face towel. When you have travelled for over 4 hours you need to freshen up with a shower, had to reuse both towels again in the morning. Hair dryer was on a short cord so pointless, no iron or ironing board, in rooms, I imagine you could request from reception but was on a tight time scale to freshen up and go out. Had to put shower on full blast of hot water for over 10 minutesto get creases out of polo top which I hung up in bathroom. I hate waste but was a needs must situation. Bed decent, nothinig special regarding comfiness, and the bar only had one beer which was Coors on tap. I thought quite hard before deciding to rate it 3/5 as staff are great. and did consider a score of 4. Breakfast average, no muesli or dried fruit availble with cereal selection. I think for the price you would be better off looking to spend an extra 10 or 20 pound and booking somwhere else

I made a reservation via the telephone for a business stay at the Premier Inn Leeds Cc (Whitehall Road) Check in Mon 24 Feb 2025 from 3pm Check out Tue 25 Feb 2025 before 12pm (1 night) After a few hours I had not received confirmation of the booking, so called the number of the reservation and on 3 different calls I was told, sorry you have no booking. I logged into my company credit card and said you have taken the money. The authorisation code was Transaction time 01:27 pm Authorisation code 087157 Despite all of the above I was informed that no booking was made, and there was nothing they could do. I am regularly having to make company bookings, but in light of the above, I will not be choosing this hotel chain again, awful service

Booked the hotel last minute for a night in Leeds, great location just down from the railway station. Our room was clean, tidy and quiet even though you’re on the main road to the station. We’d not added breakfast but was told we could add the following morning if we wanted which we did, the food was lovely and a good selection for everyone. Would stay here again.

Stayed one night while visiting family. Woken pre dawn by the sound of the heater pelting out white noise with no ability to turn it off Reported at reception when leaving Advised good night guarantee is handled by central office and that you have to formal request a refund via a form 3 days later an email refused a goodnight guarantee as I did not inform reception at the time (545-550am) So even though they accept I did not sleep well, they expected me to dress and go to reception to report this Totally disgusting Basically the guarantee is a CON! Avoid premiere inn in general not just this one They used to be good!

Absolutely stunning room and perfect beds. I’ve never had a better shower either. Check in was smooth and easy (totally didn’t expect the self check in machines to work so well) despite the late time of my arrival, staff on desk were amazing and pointed out the self check in machine so I didn’t have to wait long while he was helping other customers

I stayed here for one night with two work colleagues as we were working in the area the next day. Check-in was smooth and friendly and I was soon in my room on the 4th floor. The room was a good size, with all the amenities you would need for an overnight stay. One minor niggle was the lack of coffee sachets in the box by the kettle although coffee sachets are freely available in reception. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size - the drench shower was very powerful and the water nice and hot. The hotel is located less than 10 minutes walk from Leeds train station and super convenient for city centre attractions etc. Breakfast buffet was very good with a nice selection of chilled fruits and yoghurts, cereals, hot food etc. Internet in the room was free although the free version was a little slow compared to other Premier Inn hotels I have stayed in recently. It worked, so I guess I can't complain too much. Plenty of power sockets in the room. The rates were much cheaper than other hotels in that part of the city, so overall a very positive experience.
