Nice and clean hotel in a good location with friendly and helpful staff. The room was a decent size as well.

The location is convenient to go to the town centre, it is around 15-20minutes by walking. The breakfast is really good and delicious. The receptionist is very friendly and polite and the staff member at the restaurant is very nice. It is a decent size of room but it is not very clean, we found rubbish on the floor and in the bathroom. Overall, I am quite happy with my stay so I will stay again if I go to Leeds again.

Great spot for our trip to see Apollo Junction at Kirkstall brewery, lovely restaurant dead opposite, on site parking ( fee payable)

A little out of way from city centre but easily accessible by Uber

The location is not actually in the city centre it is a 10 minute walk in. Quite noisy in the night. Small double bed. Standard Holiday Inn clean and simple.
