The Bells - Luxury Serviced Apartments

Stayed in Little John, all facilities were great and prepared. Bathroom was clean and waterfall shower was amazing. Staff were all very friendly and quickly helped any questions I had (even gave a free bag of rose petals for the room). Good kitchen facilities with sufficient drink options. Great location within walking distance to City Centre.

Stayed here with my wife in January. Stayed in Hosana. Hot tub was dirty (see pictures) which was one of main reasons for the stay. Outside area unclean with cigarette butt's left there, curtains didn't work and there is a room above the bedroom which is the flat above and no real sound proofing so can hear everything they do. Advised management and they basically just said they would look into it with no compensation or plan to put right. When you're paying this much for a room you expect a certain quality level and service level which The Bells fell very short of. Not getting a good night sleep and the hot tub being dirty is very poor. I did put a review on Google saying the same thing (with some plus points being the shower is nice and lounge are nice) however this has been removed which is very strange, can only assume they didn't like what I put and reported it. I would avoid this place or especially Hosana. Much better available in Leeds.

The staff who checked us in was rude, there was a world wide issue with Barclays due to this we couldn’t pay damage deposit. They were not understanding at all about this saying we would have to find someone to pay this. When I said about Barclays being over the news he said ‘I don’t watch the news’ I have stayed in places better for less. Now they are trying to charge us for drinks we didn’t have! I honestly wouldn’t waste your money staying here

This is the third time we have stayed at The Bells - each of the rooms are so different and unique so we are trying them all one by one. From the minute you walk in you know it is going to a special experience. The beautiful smell, the quirkiness and the grandeur hits you. James, the front of house, is a fantastic host - nothing is too much for him and he is so friendly. The rooms are amazing - we have stayed in Santa Maria, Big Ben and Great George. The view of the Minster is idyllic, partition the hot tub with a glass of fizz! This is an exceptional place and I would highly recommend it for a special stay.

What an exceptional apartment. Fantastic location and so quiet to say it’s in the centre of Leeds. Car parking is so near. The staff were all super friendly. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby can highly recommend White Cloth Hall and the Empire cafe. Literally next door is Latitude a place not to be missed by wine lovers ! Can’t recommend these apartments enough.

We stayed in the Luntine and the rom is stunning room, everything really nicely presented. The bed was really comfy and we loved the jacuzzi bath. Only thing that could improve the room is maybe a mini fridge to keep drinks cold. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
