The studio is in the front room of an historic house (circa 1830) on Main St, in Lee. convenient to all of the town's amenities and a part of the Garfield House complex of properties (furnished and unfurnished). This is a small space, but has a queen mattress (Murphy bed - folds out from the wall), couch, arm chair, kitchen, small table, TV, bathroom, private porch, entrance and parking. Guests have full access to Garfield House amenities, ie., grilling, patio, laundry room etc. Walking distance to quality restaurants.
