Located in South Fort Myers on a quiet street, this modern home features a secluded heated pool and Jacuzzi, large screened-in lanai, open floorplan with fully appointed kitchen and two-car garage, all situated just 15 minutes from RSW airport in one of the most convenient areas of Southwest Florida.

Small office setup in guest bedroom with keyboard and mouse and Wifi printer. Perfect for those working on vacation or students. Just bring your laptop
Pet friendly for two dogs. If you have more dogs or cats (or lions or tigers or bears), just shoot me a message and I will do my best to accommodate.
Less than 2 miles east of I-75 providing you quick and easy access to all Southwest Florida cities. The airport, four shopping malls and restaurants of all cuisine and price points within minutes of the house.
Guests will have access to the entire home, garage, pool and jacuzzi. You will enter through a smart lock on the front door with a unique code that I'll provide on the day of your arrival.
About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).Pets allowed with previous approval.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Children are welcome but house is not child-proof.About customRules:There are to be no parties or excessive noise at night.
